We all ordered the Western Burgers. We wanted one medium rare and the other 2 med. All were over cooked. Had the medium rare cooked again and it still came out medium well. Domestic bottle beer is over priced in my opinion. Over all impression is that we won’t be back. Just not a place I liked.

I placed an order for almost 100 dollars for dinner for my family. I ordered through grub hub after calling to see if there was a delivery option. I was rudely told no by Melissa. So I placed the order through an app and waited. After two hours with no word from the app or the restaurant, I called inquiring how long it would be before my order arrived. Melissa told me that it had been sitting there for 30 minutes and she didn’t have any idea where the driver was. Another hour goes by and I am then sent an email that my order was canceled. No call from the company or restaurant again. So for the third time, I called the restaurant to find out why my order was canceled when I was just told an hour ago my food was ready and sitting there getting cold. When I asked Melissa what could be done about the order being canceled she told me that it wasn’t her problem and was extremely rude each time I ordered. I was looking forward to trying out this restaurant but I will place an order in person I think next time and I hope they find better ways to handle customers’ issues with a better attitude towards their job. I work in the food industry and I have never talked to anyone in the way I was so rudely disrespected last night by Melissa .

We had a great experience with our first trip to the restaurant. The staff was very attentive and the food was delicious. The owner came out to check on us and I noticed he was also engaging with the other customers as well. This is a great addition to the area, and I would highly recommend paying them a visit.

I wish I could put a half star nachos..dry..no cheese, pile of onions and other stuff..the server then informed me .. we will not have cheese sauce until 2 weeks….okay..couldn’t get a pizza because apparently a new guy put pasta sauce instead of pizza sauce….Mac and cheese was SUPER DRY AND SALTY. ..wings actually okay, fries were good. Will not be coming back…didn’t have this issue with Big Al’s..on top of everything Service time extremely slow.

I am posting this after having gone to Riptide Rynos this past weekend. I would give them no stars if I could. I worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years. I have never had such a terrible experience as we did a few days ago. The food was horrible, the service was even worse. At first, we tried being very patient but after 2 hours and having to go up to the bar and get our own drinks and waiting forever for food and then have the food be too burnt to eat, it was hard. We never did see a manager and our server only approached our table a small handful of times. Terrible experience to say the least.

Horrible food asked for thick crust and got a super paper thin pizza, which was a slightly undercooked potato wedges were horrible. Chicken wings were overcook very poor, never return again.and seeing the cook, come out to the bar and shotgun a beer before going back to work!!

Food was a step backwards from Big Al’s and more expensive. Sign over the door and the entire inside decor are just big Al’s still. Crab cake sandwich is 90% breadcrumb. Two stars because the server was nice and helpful. Hopefully they figure the food out.
