It was my first time trying out this place and even though it was lunch during the middle of a work week, the vibes were there. The staff were accommodating & friendly to us especially with someone who is celiac. I loved the decorations, the seating, the music – all very well done. The food came out fast and tasted amazing. Everything was fresh. It was a pretty great price for what you got. Definitely recommend to come here if you’re in the Lehigh Valley. It’s also so close to the schools which is great for after school or early outs!

I love this place. Service is speedy and everything is so fresh. Pictured below is the two fest style tacos with steak, carne fries, and a 4oz side of guacamole with chips. Definitely a favorite quick dinner option!

My boyfriend & I were able to try Cactus Blue at the food truck festival yesterday, the truck actually caught our eye because of how well designed it looked. The workers were so friendly too! We got the walking chicken taco and queso chips. Everything was delicious. I can’t wait to go back next Thursday!

Small clean ,good food, small portions kind of like a cafeteria or food truck you have to order at a window and pay for your items.

Pro tip: skip straight to dessert & get chips and guac to go.

The chimichanga with house veggie mix, Baja style, with a side of pickled jalapeños was soooooo delicious. I would re-order that every time. Awesome place. Sit yourself. Order at the counter. They even gave my son and niece Wikki Stix (?sp) at the end which was an awesome toy to keep them happy.

The food is very good. The place may be small but their food packs big flavor. The people working were very friendly and inviting to us.

We didn’t have a reservation gogle was messing up my reservation but when we got there we didn’t have to wait that long Saturday dinner was almost full restaurant their menu is a classic Mexican restaurant comfort food. I had the carne asada fries as an appetizer and the shirmp burrito blue as main course, burrito came with rice and beans a nice size not too big not to small the food was good it need it a little more spice but overall nice place and our server was good too. And this restaurant is BYOB so feel free to bring the fiesta with you.

I was so excited to know the new location was closer to me as I have been to the Bethlehem located before. Service was not great. It was $54.00 for 2 people for lunch. I got the chicken fajitas and they were ok. It was shredded chicken which was more like a taco. My husband got a combo plate. We asked for salsa and pico that were in tiny cups that were $4.00 each. We asked for another cup and they wanted to charged us. We tipped the waitress 20% and she never refilled our water or came back to check on us. We were the only 2 people in the restaurant. I hope it works out for them at the new location although we won’t be going back. Cali burrito is a much better value and they don’t charge you for little cups of salsa. Their salsa is much better also
