Very small place but the flavor and creativity here is massive. I really enjoyed everything I ordered and taste that day and had plenty for left overs. I orders for a small crowd and the amount of food I received on each plate I order was crazy and so fresh. The service was friendly as this is a family owned business. Plenty of parking in a free parking lot. I enjoyed the salads and the shrimps were cooked to perfection. I will be returning and hope they find a bigger location soon. I order shrimp and grits, kale salad, gourmet salad with shrimp, shrimp and fish basket which came with the mix fries, slaw and a dinner rolls, and the pound cake sundae Bless this family and this business

Food is incredible! Absolute best chicken and waffles I’ve ever had and the salmon on toast with salad is to die for. Everything tastes so refreshing. Great service and be sure to call ahead to make sure they have capacity (small staff).

I visited today for lunch with a friend after seeing a tiktok video. I live 10 minutes away, but did not know about this wonderful restaurant until after seeing the video. The gourmet salad with seared shrimp was delicious! All the ingredients were fresh! The fried fish and chicken were good as well. Every order that I saw come out looked amazing. The young lady working at the register was very friendly and provided great customer service! She was handling phone calls, taking orders/payments, helping to prepare orders, and taking completed orders to customers inside and outside the restaurant with ease. The wait to order was long, but worth the wait. The inside was very clean and the pictures and decorations dedicated to Officer Mendoza were very touching. Looking forward to returning very soon! Definitely recommend going as soon as they open.

The customer service was good. I’m a little disappointed that we could not order items we saw on the menu online until after 3pm so we did not get to try the items we were looking forward to. Today was TexMex Tuesday, it would be nice if the specialty menus were posted online also so you can know what to expect. The food presentation was beautiful, but it was overwhelming in regards to the portions. The nachos had several types of chips, the cheese was a little cold, and the shrimp could’ve used some more flavor. The smoothies were delicious and the pirouline with strawberry on top was a unique touch. The rice bowl with salmon bites was good. There were a lot of different items to try within the bowl- kale salad, mango salsa, sprouts, and jalapeños. The pound cake with ice cream was very tasty. It came with two small cones in addition to the 3 slices of cake and 2 scoops of ice cream.

Mando’s Bistro is a beautiful memorial to Amarndo. They honor him with PHENOMENAL food and service! The staff is incredibly kind and the food and desserts are mouth watering. This is a great place to honor the community and people who serve it. You can tell everything is made with love.

Long wait and high prices but let me tell you the food was A1 fr. I must say the presentation and taste is definitely cuisine level. They obviously understaffed and need more space but they really work well with what they got and the servers are friendly.
