I don’t know what this review will accomplish, but I needed you to be aware of the current customer service provided in your establishment and state that we have been unsatisfied with this particular employee’s performance towards us. The new barista’s attitude has been poor with ALMOST EVERY SINGLE ENCOUNTER WE HAD WITH HER at the drive through for the past two or three weeks.

After many failed attempts to find a coffee shop that I could sit down and work in – in University Place, I finally was able to find a Classic Coffee. Their indoor seating is open. There is seating for about six groups, typically it seems like there are maybe one or two groups in there. Coffee was good reasonably priced. Food selections limited but typical for a small coffee stand. I am grateful they had indoor seating, I didn’t realize that some other coffee shops have closed or their seating area has been taken over

Classic Coffee provides exceptional service. Kailyn and Avery, in particular, do an excellent job of greeting customers and making the most fantastic drinks. And the management (Maria!) is very conscientious of the quality of the product and cleanliness of the cafe in total. I would recommend Classic Coffee to any one!

Coffee’s fine. Menu is a little limited. Most of the power outlets don’t support a laptop charger, which sucks. My main issue is that the scene is mostly cops and guys in their 50s wearing thin blue line and punisher shirts. Take from that what you will, but its not a place I’d frequent.
