Best Quesillo in Miami, if you’re in the mood for real Nicaraguan quesillos, this is the place to go.

Wow! I don’t know how this place has so many good reviews, I guess I was the unlucky one, we drove a long distance to go and try the “best quesillos” there, but instead we were very disappointed. Beside the taste, the quesillos had no flavor, they were super dry, barely had sour cream and only a few chunks of onions, the customer service was horrible, the worst attitude from the owner and his employees. If you don’t like dealing with people, just close your business and retire already! Very, very dissatisfied with this place.

Wow que rico DELICIOUS!!!! …..quesillo nicaraguense. Made from a thick corn tortilla wrapped around soft cheese (with the same name and of consistency similar to mozzarella cheese), pickled onions, and a sauce of sour cream or liquid cheese. If ur a cheese lover then this is a must try.

I bought some quesillos from this place after finding out about its good reputation and reviews. I was really excited to try the quesillos out! However, the quesillos weren’t fresh. We ate the quesillos and they were cold. Even the cream wasn’t warm. The cheese was okay? It felt a little stale.

Never disappointed whenever I come to eat quesillos! Worth the drive and the price is not bad since they are so good. My wife loves coming here whenever we get a chance and are in the area.

Outstanding hidden gem. Come here if you want to skip cooking lunch or dinner. Affordable prices for homemade Nicaragua food. The owner is very kind and friendly.

Every time I’m in Miami I make the trip out to Quesillos Guiliguiste . It’s been there for years and the quality continues to not disappoint. They are still the best in Miami, the price has gone up as has everything in Miami but they are worth every bite. When I lived here I spent a couple of years trying different quesillos in my quest to find the best ones. I had to come back to Guiliguiste. The tortilla to cheese ratio is perfect, a bite of both all the way to the end, the tortilla is not too thick (as other places make them too fat) and will not break when you roll it as in other places, they put it in a plastic baggie so you can continue to squeeze the cream upwards as you eat it and maintain the tortilla rolled up the whole time. The owner is always there, the place is clean and the sweet older lady who works there ( Angelita ) is a gem. I noticed this time the music they had playing was very nice. Because of the pandemic, take out only at this time. I suggest you don’t leave the parking lot because you will go back for that second one. The semilla de Jicaro and cacao were outstanding as well!

This place has the best quesillos I have ever had in my entire life! If you do not know what a quesillo is; its string cheese wrapped in a tortilla with creamy cheese. You can also add hot sauce to it and onions. The drinks are good as well. If you’re Nicaraguan I highly suggest this place
