In town for work and was craving hotpot. Found this place on Google and stopped in for lunch.

The foods were generally fresh and in good quality (meat not too lean, too fat).

What a cool experience! The boba is amazing especially the coconut flavor which had little pieces of like coconut milk in the bottom and so was all of the hot pot. It turns out it’s all you can eat but they only give you a little pot of broth so once that boils down you’re kind of cut off. But that wasn’t a problem for us because by the time we finished willing everything we were full. I really enjoyed trying all of the fish flavored cakes and things from the buffet and all the veggies and the thin meats, the dumplings and the chicken were actually my favorite I think. It’s a really cool atmosphere and robots deliver your drinks!

If I could give service 10 stars, I would. This was out first time trying Korean BBQ and our server was amazingly helpful. The food was more than either of us could have imagined but it was fresh and delicious. The cat robots were super cool and brought drinks to the table.

Good hot pot! People have already commented a lot on the food so I will make some suggestions for first timers. Listen to your wait staff and ask for guidance! Make sure you get lots of spices and sauces or you will just be eating boiled bland stuff. Use the steel utensils to add to your pot . Use the hot pot spoon, fork or chopsticks to take it out. That way you will not have raw meats touching your plate. Again, Don’t forget the sauces and spices that make this a true experience. Take a little sauce and put it in your bowl then finger taste it before scooping up a big bowl. Take what you can eat. You can always go back for more. If your bowl gets low they will come by and add more. Just ask. It’s more fun with more people at the table trying different things. Towards the end, many people will add noodles to the leftover broth and ladle it into a bowl to finish as soup. Again, if your new to hot pot. Ask! Have fun!

Went here as a stop during a business trip. Went around 4 was seated right away. I ordered both the hot pot and bbq option, worth it for 5$ more. Great selection of meats and seafood for both. There’s a whole bar full of sauces, vegetables, and lots of other things. It was kind of confusing the first time where everything was. The staff was very attentive and helpful, but there’s still a slight language barrier. I recommend walking to all the bars and looking at everything. Bubbletea had to be one of the best things I’ve tasted in a while, and the fact that it’s delivered by a robot kitty made it that much better. Simple yet fun vibe.

Just had the most amazing experience at K-TOWN Korean BBQ & Hot Pot! The food was absolutely delicious, but what really made our lunch was the exceptional service we received from David, our server. From the moment we walked in until the time we left, he went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic dining experience. David was attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly, making us feel like VIP guests. He guided us through the menu, explaining each dish in detail and even gave us some great recommendations. His attention to detail and genuine care for our satisfaction truly made a difference. Thank you, David, for making our visit to K-TOWN unforgettable! If you’re looking for an incredible dining experience with outstanding service, look no further than K-TOWN Korean BBQ & Hot Pot – and be sure to ask for David! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went here for some delicious Korean BBQ. It’s all you can eat, they bring out small plates of different meats and you cook them on the little grill in the center of the table. A tiny bit sad that there was only two kinds of kimchi but those are probably the most accessible for most American tastes. Lots of different veggies that also taste good grilled. Service was great. We ordered smoothies and a robot kitty brings them to the table.

I must admit I enjoy this experience, but it’s too much work for me. I can appreciate how welcoming and inviting the atmosphere is. They really did a good job on the decor. We were seated at a table that had six burner, it doesn’t make for much room to put your plates and your meat if all of the burners for occupied, thank goodness it was only two of us and we could lay everything out all on top of the burners, you name it. Our waiter/server was very attentive and didn’t stray away, he was able to answer any questions that we had about the menu. Understand this before going, you can do the hot pot, you can do the BBQ or you can do BOTH but whatever the decision is, that decision is for the entire table. So Mom can’t get hot pot if you want barbecue and vice versa, we decided to do both. I am not a pork eater so I had miso broth and surprisingly it was very flavoring. With knowing what you know, I ordered all chicken and beef for both the hot pot and bbq. Everything was good but it definitely takes work and I’m not here for TBH, it was nice to be able to try some food, I’d never tried before. Again it was a nice experience, really fun to have a robot bring you your boba tea too. Oh yeah it’s all you can eat so eat up.
