Our experience at this Pizza Hut today was terrible. I placed my order for 3 large pizzas online and was given a delivery time of 1:40pm. I received a text at 1:19pm that my order was just sent out for delivery. The Pizza Hut was 0.7 miles away from our location. I called the Pizza Hut at 2:00pm because we still had not received our order. The customer service here is awful. After a lot of back and forth and the worker not taking any responsibility for what was happening he told me that I was not understanding that the pizzas were out for delivery, so they were still essentially on time. The pizzas were not delivered until almost 2:30pm. that means it took an hour and 11 minutes to make a delivery 0.7 miles away. The pizzas were still somewhat warm and were ok, but I will never order from this location again based on the horrible customer service. Considering all of the poor reviews, I have to question if any of the complaints are being addressed. I do not recommend this location.

The worst experience ever! Pizza was ordered around 9:23 PM on Saturday December 22nd and was told it would be about 2 hours before the pizza would be be delivered. However, the pizza was not delivered until 11:48 PM. That was past the 2 hour mark; and the pizza was cold upon delivery. This is unacceptable. Then to top it off, when called to see what was going on with our order, we were told that the driver had just left 5-6 minutes ago; that was around 11:35 PM. Yet, we are located 0.4 miles away from Pizza Hut and we received our pizzas cold. So disappointing!

Fine if you order pick up but they will take 2+ hours to deliver your pizza to you. It’s faster if I just drive 10 minutes to pick it up myself but I’ll never order delivery again – ordered delivery 3 different times on the off-chance my past experiences were just busy nights!

Ordered a medium pizza & a double order of breadsticks. The order took an hour and 10 minutes to get here and when it got here I noticed They only gave me 1 order of breadsticks. I called back, they offered to send the driver out, but it had already been almost an hour and a half, so I declined and asked for a refund. I was immediately hung up on. I called back, thinking it was a mistake, was hung up on again. Was hung up on 5 times in a row by their sorry excuse for a manager. The delivery driver is a nice guy, but nobody else that works there deserves their job. It wont let me rate them Zero stars, or I would.

I ordered my pizza online in advance in the morning before they were open. I arrived about 4 minutes before my scheduled pickup time. My pizza and free pizza roles were brought to the counter while I was paying for them. I use a cane to walk with and the man at the counter offered a couple of times to take my order to my car for me. He couldn’t have been nicer. My pizza and pizza rolls were piping hot and just what I ordered. I don’t know how they could have done any of it better. I was extremely pleased about everything.

*WARNING* If you are ordering for delivery, be prepared to wait up to 3 hours or more with no refunds. I wish I would have read the reviews here before I decided to even order. I called at least TEN times, i was on hold the majority of the time and when I did get someone and told them about the situation, they put me back on hold, transferred me and hung up! Not to mention the next time I called again and the person who picked up was extremely RUDE. He talked over me when i was trying to explain to them nicely that i just wanted to cancel my order, HE WOULDN’T EVEN CANCEL MY ORDER! I have the right to cancel my order if I DID NOT receive it.

Continued failure since they always mess up the pizza I ordered wings. Delivery time was well over an hour. I only got half of them when they delivered. Had to wait on hold for 6 minutes before they ever answered. Then they apologized said the driver just got back and they would send him right away to correct this. I called back half an hour later because the delivery guy still hasn’t returned, they said he just left…

I ordered 1 lg pizza online. I recieved my order confirmation at 5:31pm. To my surprise i received out for delivery notification @ 5:43. Especially after reading all the terrible reviews. I was skeptical that my pizza was really made, cooked and out the door in 10 min. Still i waited by the door since i live just under 1 mile from the store. @ 6:15 the driver delivered the correct order. So i did not have the same service issues everyone else had. Maybe they were having a good night. That said i dont think ill be ordering again. The pizza itself just wasnt good at all. Parts were crispy other parts were soggy, the cheese flavorless and spongy. Definitely not worth the $14 plus tip. Id much rather toss a tombstone or jacks in the oven next time for a fraction of the price. Pizzahut just doesnt offer a good product anymore.

We placed an order online at 3:20p. Received an email at 3:40p that it was out for delivery. Called the store at 4:34p to be told they only had one driver and they were backed up but our order would be delivered in a few minutes and it would be fresh. At 5:15p we are still waiting. May I add we had to call the store twice because the first time the young lady answered the phone announced herself and hung up. REALLY PIZZA HUT!
