Tasty local ramen. Good selection of noodle bowls and tasty appetizers. Atmosphere is fun and they always have anime playing. Great place to gather or go on a date. My only criticism is the inconsistency of the taste from visit to visit. Noodles have changed which kinda throws off the point of ramen. That aside, I’m always coming back for my fix of ramen and pork bao buns!

Updated.. was a bit skeptical about carry out as opposed to eating my food hot in the restaurant.. but I was pleasantly surprised at how well my food was packaged and hot when I got home. Base ingredients separate from the soup. A + also noticed some small details in the bar area that were pretty cool!

We highly recommend Simply Ramen any time of the day. Most recently we tried their new breakfast and it lived up to the absolutely delicious meals we get every time. I had The Bec and my hubby had the Bacon Sriracha. If you want an excellent meal, and amazing customer service, that will have you coming back time and time again, you have to go to Simply Ramen. You’ll probably see us there! 🙂

Loved both the experience and the food. The restaurant was clean and bright, waitress was very helpful with the menu, and the food was exquisite. The ramen bowls was very flavorful and filled me up so quickly, I had leftovers! Also hands down, had the absolute best crab rangoons ever here!

I had the Tonkotsu ramen. Biggest takeaway was the noodles – very reminiscent of spaghetti and was a deal breaker for me from the start. Appears they use pork shoulder for the chashu instead of belly or loin. Regardless, it was pretty tasty and very tender. Broth was good but not quite as bold as the real deal. Waitress was really nice.

My husband and I live about 40 miles from BG. We took a little drive for some shopping and got hungry. We love noodles and decided to give this place a shot and I can actually say we’ll be back. Our waitress Tobi was amazing as well..

The food used to be good. My husband and I were both disappointed at the quality this time. They changed the noodles. The flavor was just ok, and the soup was not even hot when we dined in. The seafood ramen even gave my husband diarrhea. Very disappointing.

Dined here tonight with my family and had a great experience. Our server Will was kind, attentive and very helpful with the menu options. We ordered 2 bowls of ramen, (1) Spicy Shoyu & (1) Tonkotsu. Wait time for food was maybe 10 min. Both bowls were visually appealing and smelled amazing. All ingredients tasted fresh and were extremely flavorful. We’ll definitely visit again ✌

I had such high hopes for this place…and now im burrying them.We showed up about 1 hour and 20 minutes before they closed. The cooks had turned off the ovens. So half the menu was not available. Highly unprofessional.We ordered food anyways since we were celebrating someone’s birthday. The food was mediocre at best. The noodles were over cooked, rice very wet. One of the bowls contained no fish whatsoever yet had a very fishy taste. Now everyone who ate there is down for the count. Absolutely horrible stomach issues. The only common connection is this place. I don’t think we will be returning here again.
