Wow! This is the best chimichanga Mexican food and kind service I had since leaving Florida. It’s such a small town here but this restaurant exceeds all expectations. As I was sitting in the restaurant the young lady went to the front to get peppers from her store to make mole!! It’s like Ina Garten meets Julia child

I should probably start this review by saying I am not from the area and was driving back to Florida from Tennessee. During the trip the girlfriend and I wanted Mexican food and this was the first place that came up on GPS getting off 75. When we walked by I thought it was a store, and we almost got back in the car. Boy are we glad we stayed.

I wish I could give 4.5. Only one reason not 5. All the reviews were 5 for flavor, so I went w the old stand by favorite…. fajitas. I went veg, and as accommodating and sweet as the service was, I found maybe 4 slices of mushrooms that were offered and that I was really excited about. They did go out of their way to serve me avocado that was not in its prime, but still acceptable and what I was craving. The fajitas were not served on a sizzling plate, and even though the veggies were obviously super Fresh the seasonings were bland. That being said the homemade salsa was so delicious….. and I love spicy so I asked for hot sauce (had no idea at the time it was homemade)…she asked if I wanted red or green or both (with a wink…) And of course I got both. Between the salsa and the hot sauce on my fajita it totally made up for any lack of seasonings in the fajita veggies themselves. Price, portions, Service…..on point! Here for 8 week contract and will be back.

Stopped by this little place on our family road trip. So glad we did. Their street tacos were delicious and incredibly fresh – fresh cilantro, lime and onions on a delicious soft corn tortilla and filled with a ton of seasoned chicken and steak. Got a quesadilla for the little guy that was full of chicken and gooey cheese. We are always fans of cold Fanta in glass bottles and little bags of Mexican treats, so this was a huge win. The staff was very kind and helpful as well. Bathrooms and restaurant were simple but clean. If you are passing by on 75, you have to stop!

Waitresses are rude. They tend to some customers better than others. Sat and waited on menus for 10 minutes. After ordering they brought out the wrong kind of tortillas, and when I waited to ask for more it took another 10 minutes just for 3 tortillas. The food is some what ok, lengua tacos have no flavor.
