The food here was very average at best, surely nothing to write home about. Only one waitress, so the service was not so great, and she turned out to be the owner as well, which is even more dissatisfying. It’s hard to believe that the owner of a restaurant or any business and that matter, would not want to give their customers a wonderful experience. I would not recommend this place have a Blessed Day.

Don’t let the location deter you, the Mexican food here is top notch with great prices. The owners are extremely friendly and they put a lot of care into their food. If you’re looking for a great spot to eat with great prices, this is your place.

Best Mexican Food Around! Chorizo Empanadas are awesome! My girlfriend and I also had chicken fajitas and we took a Giant Burrito home for her parents. They loved it… This is an entirely new business in this location. The inside is very nice and there is an outside seating area that looks really cool. Don’t forget its BYOB!

The place is sooooo nice and well decorated. Food is amazing. Best nachos I’ve ever had (Coming from a girl that has Mexican Restaurants in the family). Will definitely come here often

Every time we visit our best friends in NJ, we ask to go here. It’s such a cute place run by amazingly sweet people who always greet you and treat you kindly. They do a lot of things and they do them well, which is rare. While their main fair is authentic Mexican cuisine they also make an amazing breakfast and coffee. The fridge is filled with lots of yummy Mexican soda flavors, which I love. I definitely recommend their empanadas and breakfast quesedilla. It looks small when you first walk in, but there is extra seating in the back and side, so don’t be discouraged.

Not sure about other reviews. Maybe we hit the wrong path. The place is small, looks like a roadside shack with furniture added as needed basis. That is fine. Service is exceedingly sloooooow. Was almost empty on a Saturday night. Explains a bit.. food was nothing to write home about. I have eaten at mom and pop Tex Mex and Mexican cantinas and they are awesome, not this. Everything was an extra. The Chips were fried to a dark brown, maning them chewy. Did not end up with an upset stomach, but will not dare again. Also, the prices are not cheap. Parking is small too. Ok for the locals probably but do not drive out of your way for this.

Owners are rude and insult their workers openly. The place does not even own a dishwasher nor do they have half of the food offered on the menu. They serve moldy bread and run to their neighbor restaurant General Saloon to pick up lettuce (keep in mind this is a “TexMex” spot and they don’t even have lettuce). Food is all frozen. Save your time and money and go literally anywhere else.

Such a cute small family restaurant I happened to stop at after driving by it. So happy I did. The tacos were very juicy & flavorful, the prices are fair, & the staff was kind

Pretty good food, not super authentic but big portions. The service was super slow but they were nice. It is a small area but the decor is cute.
