Porch & Pantry is a hidden gem—it’s my favorite place for breakfast/lunch in the area! The food is always great & you can’t beat the Mt. Gretna atmosphere!

The Porch and Pantry is a cozy and wonderful place to grab brunch. I went yesterday for the first time and I was blown away. The atmosphere was quite relaxing while I sat and read my book and the food well 5 stars! My server was very polite and gave the experience a 10/10. I will definitely be bringing my family the next time I go.

Amazing food and service!! Went while visiting with friends in Mt Gretna and ended up going back the following day because the food was delicious and there was so much more we wanted to try. Great vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options. Kiley was our server and she was wonderful and gave great recommendations.Definitely recommend for breakfast and lunch!!

My daughter and I were here for lunch today, and it was amazing. She got the McSticky, and it’s a signature item. As you can tell, my Thai Quinoa Bowl didn’t last long enough to get a picture! We’ll be back often!

Porch and Pantry has been a family favorite for years and we would often happily drive 45 minutes to enjoy breakfast here. Unfortunately, the new ownership change hasn’t been for the better. We ordered a classic breakfast – two eggs, hash browns and toast. We were told that they were out of the gluten free toast and had no other substitutes (the previous menu always had fruit, gf pancakes, and other gf pastries available along with the house made gf toast). When our plates arrived we were disappointed at the tiny portions, dried out potatoes, and cold eggs. And one plate was $10.50. My daughter’s serving was even smaller than the photo. On top of the disappointing food, they changed the seating on the porch and can no longer seat parties larger than three people. The manager did come out and speak with us but did nothing more. We won’t be returning and we would no longer recommend Porch and Pantry.

A Wonderful Meal… My son and I ate at the Porch & Pantry and we both thoroughly enjoyed our food, the courteous waitstaff and sitting on the porch with my little dog tucked comfortably under our table. I’ve eaten here numerous times over the years and it’s always been a great experience. I look forward to the next time I’m traveling through the area.

Service was amazing and food was just as good. Fresh ingredients, large portions and tasty coffee. The menu has a variety of dietary options.

What a bummer to write this review but my experience with my family was so disappointing. We have loved Porch & Pantry for years… but now under new ownership, this is not the restaurant it once was. The menu has changed significantly and the little touches that made this restaurant shine are long gone. There are so few options for anyone that has dietary needs (vegan, gluten free) and everything we ordered just tasted flat and stale. What a shame… the old Porch & Pantry was a dream! We won’t be returning back.

Porch and Pantry is a wonderful additional to the quiant, artsy community of Mt. Gretna! The menu has classic dishes with an updated twist. The biscuits and gravy had tremendous depth of flavor, and the Rachel handheld was bursting with flavor from the tangy slaw. The maple tahini dressing on the greens was a clever way to make a salad more “brunchy”. Guido made us feel at home, and Kylie was a fantastic server with great knowledge about the food. I can’t wait to frequent Porch and Pantry more often!

Porch & Pantry provided us with a great environment and scratch made dishes that are unforgettable. The BB Cuban is a must. The family enjoyed the place immensely. We look forward to coming back with grandma. Guido, the owner was on Cake Wars 6-7!years ago. A photo has been taken for our travel journal. Guido blessed us with a complimentary dish of Macaroons. A bakery he supports from another town. Drop by and tell him we referred this place. The man with the White Beard.
