The food was good until I found a long strand of hair on the breadstick. I told the waitress(Roxanne) and she just picked up the plate and walked away. She did not apologize for the hair being there or anything. She just picked up the plate and walked off. She came back minutes later with the rest of the food as if nothing ever happened. I was utterly disgusted to say the least. Would not eat here again.

Horrible customer service, Employees have hung up on me, Others refuse to let me speak to a manager. My order was messed up the last four times, Instead of fixing their mistake they asked me why I kept bothering to place orders with them if I know they keep messing up. Refused the redelivery due to “no driver” Offered credit that I don’t want. I’m expecting a full refund for my last order.

I travel allot and can finally say I found the worst Pizza Hut in NY, boneless wings coated in a tablespoon of sauce, pizza was doughy, and the cheesy breadsticks where bland as hell… for 80$ I’d expect something edible…. Thank god I don’t live in this area , so I’ll never have to go there again……
