I’ve tried ordering twice from this location. The first they simply canceled the order 2 hours later without so much as a phone call, so we just sat waiting for the food. The second time I placed an order online for delivery. The website as I was ordering it said 35-45 mins. No problem. After putting in the card information and paying now it’s suddenly 3 hours! I tried calling the location just to check if I should cancel the order to make it easier on them since the wait time was now past closing. The phone was answered I asked hey the wait time is past your closing should I just cancel. He said one minute then I waited on hold for 30 mins. My boyfriend on the way home also tried calling, got put in hold. Collectively we each called about 3 times getting put on hold by 3 different people just to make sure at this point the food was still a thing and not just going to get canceled 2 hours later. So we ended up just having to drive up and get it. So I guess don’t hope for delivery from this location just go and get it if you can.

I was craving for some pizza, and pizza hut has always been amazing! It was freshly made. I really love how meaty it was. Also, I had the bread sticks and chicken wings; it both taste soooo good. The wings so juicy and flavorful. I love how the spices made it perfect. Can’t wait to go back!

Pizza was somehow both burnt and ice cold at the same time. It tasted old and reheated. Tried to call and speak with a manager twice and both times where hung up on. I will most definitely never order from here again.

That new steak wrap that looks like a p-zone absolutely amazing! I worked at Pizza Hut for years so it is usually one of the last places that I want to eat but now my whole family is wiping the sweat from their brows with a sigh of relief

If you’re ordering from the location on N Nova Rd. I suggest you pay online because the cashier most definitely can’t count. My pizza slices weren’t cut right. One of the slices looked like someone took a bite out of the crust. I ordered the Big New Yorker expecting it to come with pepperoni but was giving only cheese. The establishment seems to be ran by some middle/high schoolers. A lot of chaos. I critique only because would like for this store to do better. It’s the only close to my home. Please improve.

Changing pizza no more pizza hut it’s ran by uneducated jigh schoolers my pizza was just plain horrible straight dough called to complain and they kept hanging up on me then telling me there was no manager I’ve always blogged good reviews on my favorite pizza place…now I’m moving on closing book on pizza hut I spend too much money every week on pizza delivery ti be treated like that.

It gets worse every time. I don’t care if it’s free, I won’t order from them again. My old PH made things perfect… today I ordered the garlic knots super supreme pizza and 12 wings. The wings were ok, but dry and there was no blue cheese (I seem to remember always getting one free blue cheese sauce). The garlic knots seemed to be overcooked, the cheese was dry inside while at the same time, the middle of the pizza was still gooey like it was undercooked. My final complaint is that the site said it would be delivered in 28-38 minutes…half hour after the order was placed, it was in the oven and it took nearly 50 minutes to get here (in all).

Always good, hot and fresh from the oven. My hand tossed pepperoni was really good. This is my favorite pizza hut. Delivery is always on time or before the time expected. No matter if I request a delivery or pick up everything is always hot and fresh. Even though I’m rating a 5 star because for me what matter most is the quality of the food, but employees at the restaurant should be more kind and customer service oriented. On the other side, delivery people are great! always happy, friendly and with kindness.
