Used to love coming here a few years ago. This time will be the last. We had to toss half of the food because it was soggy, the place itself was really dirty, and the employees were screaming at customers in the drive through for not “doing things right”

As an ex employee and going back after a month or so, the food has gotten worse. The wait for the lines are bad, having to wait several minutes when there isn’t a single person on line. Then to wait to pay, wait for the drink alone and then the food.

I see why all the other food services around this A&W have lines wrapped around the buildings while this A&W store has no cars/customers lined up… I got served within 2 minutes, no biggie. But I got fries that looked burnt and were cold and soggy, probably slapped into the microwave without making fresh ones. My plain double cheeseburger also was cold, the cheese wasn’t even cooked with the patties or melted over them.

The last three times I’ve been there, it’s taken like 10-15 minutes before I got my order. Not sure if they’re short staffed or what, but it’s a little frustrating. I was told to pull around to the other side and waited in my car 15 minutes (yes, I timed it) before I finally went inside to get it myself. Friendly staff, but an apology on the wait goes a long way, nit even a “thanks for waiting.” Do better.

I was absolutely disgusted by my visit tonight. Between the fries being mildly warm, the hot dog being dried out, and the disrespectful lady working, I will never return. The lady kept yelling that she was “done with this lady” as she was talking about someone in the drive thru. She then said she told her to hold on 3 times. She then told another employee to just forget it and to go home because she would do it herself. I’ve worked fast food as a manager and that was completely unacceptable behavior, especially when customers can hear it through the dining area. $16 wasted on a meal that wasn’t even enjoyable. Disgusting.

This place is absolutely ridiculous! I ordered a root beer float and sat in drive thru for over 20 minutes! Then a few days prior once again was stuck in drive thru for almost an hour. Once I managed to get up to the speaker I was told to hold on after another 15 min of waiting with no answer I left

Ordered an ice cream treat that had ice cream covering the side of the container and the handoff from the attendant was bungled because of this mess. Can attendants please provide a container wiped free of stray product?

Ordered and paid for 2 floats, got 1, server said she’d be right out with it. Waited 15 min, sent our kid in with the receipt to “remind” them, was told they’d be right out, waited another 15 min, finished our meal and decided wasn’t worth the effort to pursue the refund. Disappointed but acknowledge that this is not like most other A&W’s

Beyond disappointing. Only one car in line ahead of us, but still waited 10 minutes to even pay, then waited another 5 minutes for the food. All to get home to find out our order was incorrect; ordered a plain hamburger kids meal and the poor kid got full condiments. Unfortunately this was the one kid that wanted to have A&W as a special reward she earned. Better off telling my kids this place isn’t open from now on.
