Terrible service. I pay at the drive thru window and they tell me to pull around the building and wait in the parking lot for my food. They do this when nobody else is in line. This is a practice meant to take the order off the clock and show it as complete to corporate. Lying cheaters. They do it all the time at this location.

Going through the drive thru this afternoon for lunch… I was ordering from the app/offers and I gave the young lady a code from my phone. She stated it was not coming through. I suggested it was the system that was causing the problem.. In a rude disgusting and ill manner.. She yelled it”s ;not our system” I replied if its giving me the code its something wrong with the system… She yelled again… It’s expired!!!! I asked for a manager to assist with the problem she did not respond… I drove off and went to another establishment that had curious employees. This is not the first but will be the last time at this place. I called another BK and asked for the cooperate office number but the young lady gave me the GM… I left a voice message for her to return my call but if she doesn’t … It will tell me even more about the establishment and the people that working there. If you work in the food industry make it a point and find kindness when greeting your customers it not then don’t work in the food or any other industry that you’ll have to interact with customers.
