Great sushi restaurant with an excellent selection of shrimp tempura rolls (my favorite). It’s tucked away in Scotts Valley but very much worth it. Go try them out, they’re delicious – especially the Mango Roll and Dragon Roll.

I’m on a mission to try all jalapeño poppers at every sushi restaurant that offers them. Wasabi Sushi did not disappoint! The crust was crunchy and the jalapeños were fresh, with the perfect amount of cream cheese to temper the spice. I’m glad to have a new sushi restaurant in Scotts Valley! Give them a try!
