Honestly, took way too long to write this review. Pizza has been bad and below average for the last 3 years, dk why I still give this PJs the time of day. Order from them and from grub hub and 9x out of 10 we don’t get the extra 8 sauces we pay for, which are extremely over priced. Never the guy to give a bad review when it’s not really needed but wow it’s been years and y’all never changed. Hopefully something changes, y’all are genuinely bad. No excuses.

The bacon pizza was quite disgusting. It has definitely gone down hill in the past 3 years. The store associate was polite, but I still won’t be ordering from there again. The bacon was chewy and it didn’t taste done. If I could give the pizza zero stars I would.

After waiting 2 hours for our order, calking the corporate office and the store several times we finally got our order my sister Gypsy Gunn offered but then they forgot our soda. They did give us our order for free and were very apoligicic. I still think they should have given us something off our next order. We order from the Vineland n.j. store at least once a week.

I never ordered with Papa John’s before but this will be the first and the last. This was the worst pizza I ever had in my life, the dough, the pizza sauce, hardly any cheese. and the toppings, wow you have to count the pieces on the pizza they are so spare. it was just a terrible pizza. I also ordered wings, what a pity too, they don’t even look like wings or drumsticks, they are so small, made me think of baby chickens.

So I ordered a small pizza instead of a large Cheese Pizza on accident. Manager couldn’t alter my order bc its on DoorDash so, comped me a medium pizza with my toppings in addition to my small pizza and the rest of my order. Very kind and helpful

My daughter ordered bbq chicken poppers by delivery. When it arrived, it was buffalo sauce. I called and called but never got through. I drove to the store for the exchange, no one said sorry or offered to refund the delivery charge. A few days after that, I wanted pizza and against my better judgment I ordered from here again. I wanted extra cheese but my pizza came just as dry and hardly any cheese let alone extra for which I paid for. This papa johns just not what it used to be. I used to like their food. Not anymore.

I ordered through Door Dash and the order was incorrect, which wasn’t Door Dash’s fault. I called Papa Johns MULTIPLE times, 14 to be exact, and was either immediately put on hold, no answer or I got disconnected. Worst customer service ever. It must be so hard to answer the phone.
