This Pizza Hut really takes you back to the good old days. It reminded me of my childhood and the glory days of sit down Pizza Hut restaurants. I hope there were more of them around but I’m glad I found this one! Marina was an excellent server and everyone working there was super polite. The restaurant itself was extremely clean & the food came out steaming hot. The pizza tasted great. I have no complaints. Thank You so much to everyone working here!

I have been craving a sit down Pizza Hut experience- the kind that I had when I was a kid doing the reading program. I guess the 80’s and 90’s nostalgia shows have really been getting to me. So I dragged my wife in and man we were not disappointed!

Even though I’m grateful for them making my pizza last minute and it’s probably because I ordered it online because my app hasn’t worked in I don’t worked in I don’t know in how long. But I got a $4.19 tip charge when I had to drive and pick it up when I did select delivery. I totally understand having to pick it up being that late and I was offered to have it remade the next day and have it delivered but of course I was hungry then. Now when I ordered I KNOW I specifically put thin and crispy in the special instructions because that crust option was not offered. So I put it in the special instructions! When I called the manager said it wasn’t listed. I KNOW I DID PUT IT ON THERE! I ONLY get thin and crispy from Pizza Hut so I know I would not have not done that! So I paid almost $22 for the wrong pizza. I guess it’ll be dominoes from now on.

Just got a pizza there today. The people working there were rude and the pizza isn’t as flavorful as it used to be. and the prices!!! it was like $20 for 1 pepperoni pizza. You can go pretty much anywhere else and get 2 pizza’s for the same price.

So the reason I gave it five stars quite honestly is simply because they’re open and attentive, all of the dining rooms at the Pizza Huts here in the corresponding Maryland area are still closed even though COVID is over. But the Pizza Hut dining room in Waynesboro has been open for quite a while and the waitstaff there is attentive and polite. So when I’m feeling nostalgic (I once worked at Pizza Hut back in it’s glory days) and I’m in PA I swing by this Hut and enjoy eating indoors with a good staff. Keep up the good work ya’all.

Pizza, dessert, and breadsticks were all burnt. When it arrived it was cold. Very disappointed. It’s like they forgot about it while it was in the oven and then forgot to put it under the heat rack.

Well I was expecting the normal pizza hut pizza that I normally get, but I spent 35 dollars for 3 pizzas and a soda, first the pizzas were not made like any other pizza hut, they were dry with hardly any sauce and the pieces that had sauce were over sauced, the service was fine in the store (contactless), but ordering the pizza was just the most uncomfortable experience I have had anywhere and the lady hung up on my girlfriend the first time we called so I had to call back…and rhe large pizzas look sooooo small now

I’ve ordered from this pizza hut several times and I’ve always been semi satisfied however, tonight I’m completely unsatisfied. I ordered a pizza and cheese bread. My cheese bread isn’t fully cooked and the lid on the pizza is smashed in. I open the box to find all of the cheese and toppings stuck to the top of the box. I called and they said they would credit my account since it’s to late to remake the food.

Online ordering was easy. 2 cheese pizza were okay. Warm not hot. Delivery person was nice. My cheese bread had hair in it. They need to wear hair nets. Not just hats.
