Didn’t have roast beef and look at how many fries we got. One is a medium the other is a large… filled same height and neither are all the way it also took me 20 min to go through drive thru … there were only 3 cars in front of me.

It must have been the order takers first day. Took several minutes to take a simple order. After several minutes waiting to place my order, it was over 15 minutes of agonizing wait. And then the sauces requested were (I think purposely) left out of the bag. And not one employee appeared to care in the least. Did I give a 2 star?? Oops.

I honestly don’t know how this place is still open. Two dollars for a slider is insane for a micro-sandwich and it seems like store has zero care for it. Our sliders were horrible, all a mashed-up mess and our fries were barely filled up. As someone who works in the food industry it’s infuriating to see this. If it’s either the bad employees or the horrible systems in place this place to not fit for food. There are many other better options.

Chicken salad sandwich had one grape, 2 very small pieces of apple and one nut and a big handful of lettuce and a few pieces of chicken. We waited 10 minute for that! Chicken sandwich had no sauce

Stopped in a few weeks ago to get some roast beef sandwiches. I was told their out of roast beef. I stopped today to try it again and was told their out of Arby’s sauce. This is becoming a joke! They need to take their TV ad off the air. They don’t have the meats.
