We live close to the Dominos Store on Sunset Blvd and Park Ave, Rocklin California. This store is so disorganized, previous orders placed over the phone get mixed up, wrong ingredients, drinks, etc..

Crunchy thin crust pizza with tomato sauce tasted better than pizza with sauce and cheese. Orders are always made quicker than we think, sometimes the preparation starts in less than a minute after we place the order. There is a build your own pizza option which allows us to decide what the pizza should be like. But once ordered a pizza. First they gave someone else’s order. Then they gave our pizza cut even though we ordered it uncut.

In the past, they have usually been just fine. But twice in a row now, premium toppings have been missing from my pizzas. I order a medium cali chicken bacon pizza with green peppers tonight and got a medium green pepper and mushroom pizza.

Food was never delivered. Store did not pick up the phone. I called for over an hour straight and no response. Delivery app showed delivered. My address was correctly listed and I selected the correct store. -$50, gone, and no food to show for it. Going in the morning to see if there is ANY explanation.

Food took over an hour and a half to get to me. No one would answer the phone. Food shows up sandwich is burnt pizza has a bubble that takes up half of it. All the food was cold. Call to get it corrected or refund. Cant get ahold of anyone for 20 minutes. Finally someone answers sat on the phone for 10 minutes manager refused to get on the phone. Worst domino’s

After ordering a pizza that took several hours to arrive, this location called us to offer a free pizza the next time we ordered as long as we called from the same number. We have called 3 times tonight to order and each time they have hung up. What a scam. Now you cant even opt for delivery unless it’s at least $21. Horrible location. Won’t be ordering from here again.

No prices on the menu board. They won’t tell you the total when you phone in an order. No itemized receipt after paying. I have no idea if I was charged correctly, but I definitely feel overcharged.

I’ve been giving this particular branch of dominoes pizza my business for over 3 years now and I’ve never had any serious issues with them. The pizza is always tasty and they are generous with the toppings. Once, there was a mix up on the price and the manager fixed it and I got a large pizza for the price of a medium pizza out of it. The employees are nice and the delivery times are usually faster than what they claimed it would be. I highly recommend this place for the evenings when you just want to stay home with the family and not have to cook.
