These workers that come to work in the mornings are ALWAYS 20mins late and behind. There also very rude with bad personalities and it’s very unprofessional. A manager definitely needs to take charge and get workers that can show up on time and be ready to serve according to the time it says there “Open” on the website which is 5:30am, or just change it to 6 because it’s ridiculous. If I kept showing up late and wasn’t prepared at my job I’d be fired but apparently there’s no legitimate system setup at this particular place for employees. The Lake City Bojangles branch and it’s customers has always suffered because of it. Something needs to change.

Just stopped in on my way to a 5 pm appt, got a 3 piece supreme snack pack. Got charged for it. Got into car and drive off. Opened box and only 2 supremes in the box and a biscuit. The size of these supremes is a joke and they shorted me one. I know times are rough but come on. Won’t be back to this store any time soon.
