Winners Hotpot has a beautiful island bistro vibe, excellent customer service, and delicious food to match. My husband and I are regulars here. So, we have tried numerous plates, and we have never been disappointed. The food is always right, and the choices are excellent. The oxtails, curry goat, cowfoot, stew peas, curry chicken, and brown stew chicken are my personal favorites. But many more options are available. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Their catering service is excellent as well. I’ve used them for a few events and have received excellent feedback from my guests. Check them out when you want some authentic Caribbean food.

2nd time coming here. 1st time a month ago, ordered large oxtail dinner. Oxtails were very small & had a LOT of tiny bones (small enuff to poke your gums or get stuck in your teeth) but the taste was excellent. Came here again 2day & ordered a large oxtail dinner…again, oxtails were very small & barely had any meat on them. Price is great, taste is great, but not enuff meat on the oxtails. Unsure if I’ll go back again.

I’ve been to Morgan’s a few times before and their food has been okay. But this time I got the stew chicken and found a silver piece of hair. I went back to the store to return it and get a refund. The older lady who they addressed as “mama” kept giving me an extremely hard time. She kept asking me to explain intricate details of when I found the hair, what color it was, and even asked me how long it was. She explained that “no one in the store had grey hair” when she clearly was around 70 with a few gray strands herself. She kept telling me and my mother about her experience with another customer who tried to return their food but they tried to return it to the wrong store. This was extremely rude and lacked customer service skills. She could clearly see that I paid for the food to that store because my card information was stored in there. Thankfully, the “daughter” was there and she gave us our refund without a fuss. Unfortunately, I will not be going back and I’d rather eat at a place where I’m not treated as a criminal.

This place is soooo good. I have eaten a variety of items from here and have loved them all. I have had the curry chicken, jerk pork, brown stew chicken, jerk chicken and oxtail. Everything is great but the oxtail is my favorite. I get oxtail at least once a week. They also don’t skimp on the gravy. I plan to try the red snapper next. You should definitely try the food if you are in the area.
