This location needs the highest level of authority to fix this place! Workers aren’t efficient whatsoever at their job! I worked for McDonald’s before and with the right management and training, its easy. But for some reason this place can never, and I mean NEVER get my order right. I ask them to repeat it, I see it on the screen, and I pay for it, but when checking before leaving there is always an issue, ALWAYS! The food I do recieve is either burnt fries, overly salted fries, short on fries, tossed up cheeseburger, sometimes not thoroughly cooked nuggets, its like it cannot be like this level of bad. I travel far out to get McDonald’s to avoid this location. And to include this location in my experience, never have ice cream or coffee, correction they only always have hot regular coffee. I’m surprise this location is still running.

Optimistic Miek
Typically I would’ve given this location in particular no stars if it were possible. The last visit me and my daughter had there, the drive through kibe was not a long wait, which is rare. My 3 year old was upset because her fries were warm and not fresh, I was able to speak with the manager (Steve) as he was the first person I saw and he took care of it immediately. His service was fast, he was friendly and extremely understanding of my Daughter’s needs! Thank you Steve, because of my interaction and experience with you, I will be returning!

Ordered a quarter pounder w/cheese no onions combo. Drive thru was a little rude but ok. The burger wasn’t even a 1/4 lb’r patty. It was a regular burger patty smashed until you can damn near see through it AND had more onions than one should be allowed to eat. The receipt clearly said no onions. McDonald’s do better…

This was the 3rd out of 5 McDonalds that I went to to get the strawberry McFlurry . I was told by a manager that they didn’t have any ice cream. When I drove around to the window he told me that the ice cream machine was down . He was very nonchalant and rude. I asked him who the manager was he told me several names and stated that he was a manager himself.
