I have used this location to deliver to my office through the app probably at least a dozen times. My sandwiches always arrive in a timely matter. Everything I’ve had was made accurately. Even the delivery drivers have been pleasant to work with.

Freakishly fast my a…. Last week, It took them almost 2 hours to deliver my order and I’m just .5 miles away. Today, they made me sit there for 20 minutes on an online pickup order. Freakishly fast not so much. The food is really good. Fix your prep game so I can keep ordering.

I was shocked at how friendly the girl working the counter was when I walked in. Super perky and attentive, took my order and made it quickly. She was very helpful in getting me a box to carry my food and drinks as well. Both sandwiches were made perfect too!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Worst service ever. I ordered here many times and had no issues then recently they “lost” my order somewhere in the process and after 2 hours, I have to call to ask them to cancel and refund me. This has happened twice now. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time thinking it could have been an accident, not this time! I’ll also be letting my colleagues know not order from here as well.

Everytime i order from this location it takes almost an hour or more for my order to be delivered. I call the store to get an update and the guy on the phone just sounds really high and was dismissive, wouldnt check on the status of my order and told me “its coming”. Terrible service, freaky SLOW. Will never order from here again. Doordash is faster.

I ran out the door full speed…….Absolutely disgusting workers grabbing door handles and texting on thier phones all while making people sandwiches. It defeats the purpose of wearing latex gloves if your not going to be sanitary. I hope someone in management reads this review and fixes this issue I really like this establishment but this is unacceptable.
