Staff was friendly. Food was chain quality. They do not have the ability to honor their discounts in the app. Had to login to the app to get the special that we wanted. The specials in store were more expensive and not what we wanted. Our orders were the next prepped and in the oven, so it was relatively quick to get our food.

Always slow and always rude. ***look at the cookie cutter reply this review received!!*** They most certainly do not care – they have not improved one bit over the last few years. They are now at the point that the “management” is complaining to customers that they are “busy” or short handed, and that all problems are “out of their control”. A few years ago they would be polite on the phone, apologize and offer the next order free…but then have a poor memory when the next time came around…but they do enjoy a captive audience, as they are one of the only places that deliver in this area. They are not interested in improving – they are doin as little as possible and just getting by. Poor job.

I give 0 Stars! I ordered a 2 medium pizza special for $14 special. I paid $2 extra for each pizza to be large original crust with plates. I got no plates and my pizzas were mediums. I contacted the manager at your store and she told me I only paid for mediums. Not true…. See pictures I paid $18 for the pizzas then a $4 delivery fee, and tax. . I told the manager it was a problem If you order from customer service and it is not right. She said sorry! Had no interest in making it right. I told her that is not a way to run a business and this is why I don’t order from this store much anymore. She told me to call Donino’s next time. I said I would. This is not a way to keep business.

We ordered before they closed and delivery person was nice, but the manager Star was different situation when I called back. I had explain we found a hair sticking up but baked into the cheese of our pizza. She went on saying no one had that color hair, it looked more to me like a pubic hair but husband said it could have been in the box when pizza boxes are folded but we got only a thin crust 2 topping pizza and toppings were so sparse that the hair stuck out like a sore thumb. I can’t believe I asked to return pizza or send picture to them? She said what else can I do except give you a refund. I think paying over $22 for a 2 topping thin crust pizza unless there charging for the hair? I just think the managers personality was not someone that should be a manager. I told her I will file a personal complaint with corporate and she said “go ahead” and she said my district manager will be in tomorrow Tammy you can call her if you like too!

Ordered online for pickup because we are outside the delivery zone. One of our pizzas was a completely wrong order; ordered meat lovers and we got a supreme or something. We called and they apologized, very nice on the phone; offered the correct pizza but we were not going to drive 15 minutes back to their store, then 15 minutes back home, and have the rest of the food get cold due to their mistake. On our next visit, they said they would take care of us. The amount of inconvenience caused this time; not sure I will order again.

Ordered the Buffalo chicken pizza, was very dry, cheese was 11/2 from edge of crust. I bought this pizza 7 years ago in Madison Heights Va and the first 2 was great, but then went downhill and refused to buy again. Moved here to Ruckersville s and thought I would try again, but was highly disappointed, was able to eat 2 pieces and the rest went to the chickens. No More, back to Lil Ceasars best pizza around. Sorry
