This is one of the slowest star bucks i go to. I only come here because it close to my house. Waited almost 15-20 minutes in line for them to make 2 drinks. Then when i finally got to the window i had to wait another 5 for mine only to be made incorrectly. Im not sure why its so hard to get decent service from star bucks. If they are going to take so long to make peoples drinks they should at least make them correctly. It seems like there is no sense of urgency. They were more concerned with talking & joking with eachother.

destroy this entire establishment. literally worst location for a starbucks ever. never been to a place where i can’t even fit in the parking lot. a coffee shop is literally causing traffic jams and the cars hang out in the road. and if u manage to fit in the parking lot, you’re stuck there for 30 minutes…..

If I could give no stars I would… The customer service is horrible!!! Went to this Starbucks located at West Rd and Allen 03/01/2023 and the night crew and manager were racial profiling and miss treated me and sister so bad on top of refusing to give us refund until they called the police on us and was forced to.. Sad thing is the first and last time I’ll ever go here.. They even tried to lied and say we tried force them take our drinks back. They knew what they were doing because after reading reviews this is not first time they miss treated someone..

Always when I come to drink coffee I see the same thing all over America. I have one problem: 1. When you order the whole activity, too, when there are no people to press for a long time when they serve me; 2 Always check the toilet is very dirty., 3. The chair and the table are dirty; 4. In the paintings of pil and dirt; 5. On the floor garbage; long latte make coffee; I love coffee right here but there is no surf., In many places it is cleaner and more pleasant. I do not advise anyone to go to this Starbucks network
