On Saturday Evening, on the way home from Va. I called and placed an order for 2 Extra Most Bestest pizza’s. I told them we were 20-25 minutes out. Not a problem, person taking the order was competent, and polite. When we got to the location there were probably 6 cars outside. 4 waiting in the lot, 2 at the window. Truck at window , then a car, then us. Man in the Truck raising holy hell. After 10 minutes of ranting, he parked around the building, and went inside. We could see that the 2 people there were stressed out. One of the Ladies working there came out and yelled at everyone in the lot that there would be no pizzas at this business for at least 30 minutes, if we did not like it we were free to leave. The car in front of us left. We pulled up to the window to be completely ignored for 20 minutes. Now we have been there over 30 min. I tried to call not once but 3 times. I could hear the phone ring, no one would answer it. I just wanted to know if our order was included in the statement being yelled at everyone out the back door. Two more cars left. Then we did too.

Speakers busted in drive-thru but no worries. I just pulled up to the wonder they took my order then had me pull around front to wait for my food. That slowed the service down a little, but still wasn’t that long of a wait. The pizzas were hot and fresh as usual.

As I’m sitting here waiting for my pizza it’s got to be at least 90 degrees I can only imagine what it’s like behind the counter with all the ovens. The poor workers are wearing wet towels around their necks to stay cool. Do better little Cesar’s this is unacceptable. (Mind you it’s 9:30 pm and it’s cooler outside than it is in the restaurant)

Hit or miss here with food quality, I’ve gotten good pizza and pizza that will land you on the toilet at 3am with stomach pain and blow out diarrhea. Mind you I always order a classic cheese so it’s not a topping switch. I often wonder if it’s rotten cheese.

Great place to go if you need to get a meal for a few people and you don’t have much money.. it’s an awesome deal.. large pepperoni pizza for under $10.00. The service is really good and the employees are fast and they are also nice. They have a good thing going. It’s really like a pizza drive thru!!

Should’ve known something from the car parked in front of the building. The speaker wasn’t working, causing extra wait time but mind was set on “slices and sticks”. Sat and watched an employee in the front corner on her phone for about 4 minutes while waiting for someone to come take my order. She finally walked past the waiting customer (me) without any acknowledgement, out of sight. This brings another question. How do we know the employees wash their hands? No telling what we are missing! The young gentleman at the was pleasant and had a sense of urgency. Wasn’t impressed with my order. Had to ask for the jalapenos. I will visit this location again, only because the one in 135 is closed.

ZERO STARS (if it would let me)!!! Little Caesars located at 808 S Van Buren Rd, Eden, NC 27288 is the WORST store ever!!! This isn’t my first bad experience at this particular location, but definitely will be my last time ever going there! Online order placed at 7:35pm, estimated pickup time was 7:55-8pm. While waiting in the parking lot, all the lights inside the building went dim/off. Outside sign was NEVER lit up from the minute I pulled up. Both the front and side doors were locked BEFORE 8pm. Tried calling the store; it just rings straight busy like someone took the phone off the hook. Open sign was not lit up. They’re supposed to be open until 11pm. I was charged for a pizza I never received!!! I have already contacted Little Caesars via their website’s “contact us”, called my bank to stop/dispute the charge, AND will be calling the Corporate Office first thing Monday morning. I took pictures for proof!!! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! (Side note, maybe it’s good I never got my pizza…seeing as they have a 84.5 B rating).
