Haven’t eaten church’s chicken in years, just have never cared for there chicken, however I wanted to try the bourbon smokehouse chicken. I ordered 2 combo meals, first off the intercom in the drive thru wasn’t working so had to order at the window, young lady wasn’t friendly but wasn’t rude either. Got my meals and the chicken was sooo dry as if it had been sitting out all day! It was so dry it was sharp. No bourbon smokehouse flavor at all! I will not be visiting this location again. Such a disappointment!!!! Money waisted.

I have never tried their food. I bought a special that had 16 pieces of legs and thighs with 3 sides. I had macaroni and cheese, french fries and coleslaw. I was surprised by the FF it was a large FF container. They were not crisp or hot. For 16 pieces of chicken I would have expected more FF. The slaw was ok once I fixed it when at home. It was extremely dry and not wet at all. Which was odd for coleslaw. The chicken didn’t have any real flavor it was very crispy.

Worst ever do not stop here unless you have endless time to waste. Ordered and paid on line, said it would be ready in 15 min. Got there and drive thru is all the way out to road. Thought I’d park and run in to pick up my order that was supposed to be ready- nope they tell me I have to go through the drive thru. 35 more minutes later I get to the speaker and tell them I’m here to pick up my order ONLY to be told they were out of the spicy chicken I ordered. What the heck? The time I spent in line they could have fixed More??? I had to wait another 1/2 hour to get what I had ordered and already paid for. I waited over an hour total to pick up an order that was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes. If I hadn’t had already paid, I would have gone elsewhere. This place is always like this so if you have time to waste just know you are going to wait and they will not have what you want by the time you get to order. I will never go again service was horrible. Do yourself a favor and go to KFC. The place is cleaner and service is so much better.

The chicken taste like it’s supposed to, but this place is just incredibly repulsive. I don’t know if it’s ever been cleaned, and while the lady at the window seemed very nice, it took me almost 25 minutes to get to that window even though they were only four cars in front of me

The chicken was good but it definitely does NOT taste like the chicken I had in Alabama. The taste was off and it’s probably how they cooked it at this particular spot. I’m giving 4 stars because it wasn’t nasty, just different. Everything else, including the customer service, was good.
