Only giving this 3 stars because, when it was delivered it was missing a side of fries. And the “extras” we added to one of the sandwiches were missing. The food was good, but, the Chicken Teriyaki was a little dry. Also, I think it was a little overpriced. But again, that could be because we had it delivered.

The cheesesteak was good like the meat ,but i ordered it with shredded cheddar cheese and there was nearly any cheese inside, and i got cheese fries and they were worst cheese fries i’ve ever had i think the problem was with the cheese because last time i got only the fries and they were okay!! So disappointed. The staff are friendly though!

My first review will be when I ate in person 4 weeks ago. The staff, was not very polite at all. The cashier took quite a bit to acknowledge our presence, the only other employee at this location at 2pm was the manager. Who was speaking to his other employee extremely rudely, and shooting nasty looks at her as she was working. Oh… Got my order wrong and we had to remind her for our drinks. My service today through waitr wasn’t much better. Steak was cold and again they got my order wrong. Every time I ask for a plain cheese steak and they pile onions and mushrooms onto my sandwich. By far one of the worst places I’ve eaten. 1 star. Beyond mad they can’t get this right. The food is good, the staff is just terrible.

Probably one of the worst places in the mall to eat. Food is okay, but customer service is TERRIBLE. While me and my bf we’re ordering and an employee which I assume was off the clock was being obnoxious with her co worker from across the counter, ran into me while yelling and laughing without any remorse at all. It’s not just this one time though. It’s everytime! People on the grill were screaming and laughing and overall I was just not a happy person by the end of my visit.

So far 40 min. Wait its Monday at 6 15pm knowone is here the guy cooking keeps answering his cell phone and talking while cooking with his mask pulled down he is touching everything but a sink to wash his hands. There is like 3 of us not together been waiting. 2 other guys doing close to nothing then the guy on his cell phone. I’ll never come here again. First and last time. I ran papa John’s for almost 10 years so I get it stuff happens but there is nothing happening just slow .
