Ordered one pizza for delivery through the app assuming it would be a normal delivery experience. I had a one hour wait time, which I was okay with. I understand staffing may be an issue and with it likely being busy, it didn’t seem too out of the norm.

Getting good service at this location continues to be a struggle. In years past we have actually called the restaurant on our phone from our booth just to get service. Today we encountered a sign to order from the register which we did. Someone came out right away to take our order. We went to find a table, but found crumbs and/or grease on every table. This was just after noon, and there were no other customers in the dining room the whole time we were there. I can’t think all these tables had been in use in the hour the restaurant had been open for the day. We ordered a large pizza and a 2-liter of Dr. Pepper. Our pizza and soft drink arrived in a timely manner and was delicious. It would have been nice to have parmesan and ice for our drinks, but once the food was served we never saw our server again. It is frustrating that we have to choose our tip amount with our order, before we know how the service will be. We have started going to Flyers where we get great service, but our kids still want Donato’s at times. We will remember to visit another location in the future.

Ladie got the entire order wrong. I ordered garlic cheese sticks and got plain sticks, that were very dry! Also I asked for light crispy onions, my pizza had barely cooked onions and was covered in onion. Only ate 2 pieces and my wife barely touched it.

Horrible pizza tonight. Their quality has steadily gotten worse. We didn’t even eat it…had to go out and grab something else. Breadsticks still good which is why I gave them 2..pizza was a zero.
