Honestly. One of the nicer Arby’s. Here’s y’all’s 5 star. Hope y’all keep doing well. I honestly stopped by for the bathroom. But it was nice and clean, smooth jazz playing, single ply turned into double ply thanks to a nice paper set up. Not bad peeps at Arby’s. Not bad at all. Grabbed a slider for the road.

Went tonight and bought the 2 chicken sandwiches for $7.00 and the 4 original Arby’s sandwiches for $10.00, 2 cherry turnovers and drinks. The chicken in the sandwiches were hard like leather and very old and inedible, the Arby’s original sandwiches were cold and were sliced thick and was laid on the bun flat like a piece of ham and it was really unattractive, ill tasting and cold. The cherry turnovers, I think came over on the ark! Very hard and old! Arby’s was a complete waste of money. Save your money and don’t go there, I never will again. I gave them my hard earned money for something that I had to come home and throw in the trash! Good job on losing another customer Arbys!

Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon. Incredibly slow. Got tired of waiting in drive-thru, went inside. No manager on duty. Staff didn’t know how to take an order or prepare one. Out of bags to put food in. 45 minute wait for food after I finally ordered. Had more people working than inside trying to get food. I know help is hard to find, but damn.

Curly fries were overcooked. Just little pieces that were broken at the bottom of the bag. No “curly” fries at all. Beef and cheddar sandwich almost had too much cheddar. Bun kept slipping off the top. Service was fast, though. Wish they would bring back the potato cakes. This is your typical Arby’s. Not bad.

The lemonade was mixed wrong and when I said something was told “yeah I know, I have another mixed in the back but haven’t gotten to it ” WHY would you knowingly serve it? I was also told that the reason for the long wait was do to a slow cook, but the food I was served was cool and not put together correctly “Greek gyro” very disappointed with this Arby’s

Last Saturday afternoon most of the restaurants in ellijay where closed. Arby’s drive threw was open. Long line but moving fast. Everyone inside was working hard trying to keep up. Girl at the window was very nice and the food was good. I am very proud of them

Waited 35 minutes and still had no food. We ordered chicken salad and they didn’t inform us they were out until we asked for a refund. Also their milk shake machine was broken.

7:15 ish pm on a Friday evening. 3-17-2023, no one in the drive through or the lobby, we chose to go inside as one of us needed to use the restroom. The lack of business should have been an indication but passing through and seeing Elijay is a small town we quickly realized our options were limited. We ordered for ourselves and a 6 piece chicken for our dogs. 27ish dollars later my curly fries were cold, the roast beef was grossly over cooked and super salty. I asked for shredded lettuce to be informed they were “out”. My husband ordered a chicken sandwich that I am certain was prepared hours ago as well as the nuggets for my dogs. The only thing that was fresh-ish was the cheese sticks and there seemed to be some debate over some being “set-up” or prepared earlier which with the rest of our experience left me to believe had the cook found the old ones we would have gotten cold cheese sticks… Our cashier was totally void of personality but got the job done I guess. My take away from this is avoid Arbys in Elijay, as it appeared everyone else in town was too!
