We had the pleasure of visiting Casa Rosa in Dallas and the experience was truly delightful. Our visit happened to align with their Wednesday special, featuring mouthwatering Enchiladas priced at just $6.99. We couldn’t resist taking advantage of this offer, and we were certainly not disappointed. They also have happy hour with margaritas at 6 dollars. The attentive staff added an extra layer of charm to our visit.

We decided to finally try this place. The atmosphere is great and decorated with some of the old El Chico memorabilia. I love the fresh cut roses on every table. The drinks are good but overpriced. We got the Friday food specials and that price did match the food level. . We got 2 drinks each. Food – $20…Drinks – $48. It was very disappointing to say the least. If you go, sit in the bar area and definitely ask to be seated with Jay. Jay is very personable, attentive and he’s also the bartender and makes very good drinks. The food is very subpar. Service was worse than that. As soon as I took a bite of my dish I discovered this huge bone. I notified the waiter. He was going to get a manager. That NEVER happened. He didn’t offer any type of reimbursement, another meal…..not even an apology. The next day I had to go back to get my cc that I left, I spoke to a manager about the bone incident. After explaining what happened she chose to argue with me and basically chastised me about how “people find hair and other things in their food at restaurants”, “this is just what happens in restaurants”, “I’m sorry but we’re the best restaurant in town and this is only the 2nd time this has happened this year”. I eat out a lot and have also had a food business. There was no concern that I could have broken a tooth or swallowed that huge bone. No concern for me as a customer. I will never go back.

This is my new favorite tex-mex in the area. Conveniently located right off lemmon and Inwood this restaurant is a staple! Chips are crispy and the salsa is good. All the food is fresh and service is friendly. Check out their daily specials! We had the fajitas for two and we’re impressed! The atmosphere inside is unbeatable. Beautiful indoor terrace with lots of gorgeous flowing plants. All the colors were thoroughly thought through to give this restaurant the cozy and inviting vibe that it has. Excellent cocktails. Plenty of parking and seating. I highly recommend.

Nicely decorated, el fénix take over. Over priced menu that’s not as good as it could be. The rice tasted microwaved. The enchiladas were average, the flautas were okay, but not worth 13 bucks. The soup was thick, more like a sauce or gravy and there was a hair in it we did get a free desert to try to make up for it though Unfortunately, Probably won’t be back. Service was good so, maybe they just need time to adjust.

We have been to this location twice in the past two weeks each on Friday for the $9.99 chimichangas (I got the side of cilantro rice and sautéed vegetables). Each visit was good and the food consistent. The staff was pleasant and friendly! We will continue to come back!

The food was really good. I ordered a combination 3 items plate and I was really surprised about the taste and amount. You can choose your sides also. The service was a little bad. We were waiting 20 minutes in place the order, 15 min in getting the account and another 30 min in getting back ours credit cards. Definitely I’ll give another chance in the future because the environment and food is great.

I had an amazing experience here! I am for lunch and decided to do takeout and try a few options. I sat at the bar and our server Jay was amazing! He knew the menu and gave me great suggestions. For lunch, you can pick a couple items to try, so I went with the lunch portion pick 3 for $13.95. Everything I had was delicious and the lunch portions were enough for 2 people. My only regret was not trying the margaritas, but I will be back to fix that. Highly recommend.
