A great newish eatery. Waited a little so that the newish would run out. Low and behold you can still smell the new. The staff is very pleasant and they greet you with a smile. Our waiter was very pleasant and very helpful in assisting on what is good . The service was great , the food was delicious and very tasty. Portions were very filling we even had some to take home. The end result was not too bad in the pocket. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience, see you soon!!?

I have been to Cracker Barrel several times now. My most recent visit was definitely the worse visit of them all. Usually upon sitting down, we are greeted by server almost immediately, take our drink orders and so on. However this visit waited nearly 10 minutes before we were even greeted by anyone. The person we were greeted by happened to be the manager. We order our food and man the food is always amazing. Pancakes are always delicious.

Natalie was awesome great service. Very prompt. We ordered Sunday chicken breast was delicious also ordered chicken dumplings but those I don’t recommend. Not very good..but over all I had a nice dinner with my daughter we enjoyed it.

Place was amazing and the staff is very professional and friendly. They even let me bring my own chocolate chips to put in my pancakes seeing how they don’t have it on the menu. They should! It was CRAZY! Hope the review helps!!!

First timer. Very clean restaurant but then again the building is only a few months old, a lot to see and buy at the country store. I was not sure what to get but the plate with the steak tips got my attention. Definitely going back to try other things. The eggs were perfect, A1 for the tips, hash brown casserole is delicious and the fried apples too. Complimentary biscuits and gravy I believe, I didn’t ask but I assume, I was not charged for them. I was not sure if I would get full but I did. Wait time was almost none, but I’ve heard this place is usually slammed..I went around 930am and it was perfect for my liking, but it was on a Tuesday. Give it a try if you haven’t yet.

I usually go get Cracker Barrel in the west side of El Paso whenever I crave a homestyle lunch or dinner. I opted to go and try the new Eastside location by Eastlake and what a disappointment that was. The food was bland and honestly did not taste good. The service on the other side was great. Korine was an excellent waitress, very attentive and friendly. The ambience is just as nice as in the Westside location. Only fuzz is the food. I will definitely try one more time, as I always do, but hopefully this time food is better. I really like the old country store and will continue to patronize, even if it’s the Westside location.

The new Cracker Barrel on the east side of El Paso has the delicious food that we have come to expect from them. Unfortunately, this time we did have a problem with one of the staff, but the manager addressed our concerns quickly and to our satisfaction. Although we did have a problem with one staff member, the manager and our server were both excellent. Additionally, the restaurant was packed when we showed up just before lunch and we did not have to wait for our food which was delicious as always.

Went for breakfast and it was good. I ordered “Grandma’s sampler”. My scrambled eggs were a little on the running side and the sausage was dry and hard to cut. Bacon was good and so was the ham. My plate came with fried apples and they were nice and warm and very tasty. Pancakes ere the best as always at cracker barrel. Was craving a mimosa but told they were not served until 10. Overall good place to eat but no wow. Btw went to new eastlake location.

I had the sampler plate of meatloaf, fried chicken, and chicken and dumplings at the new location on the East side of El Paso on I-10 West. Everything was very good, and the portions were large. For sides, I had fried okra and steamed broccoli . Both were both done very well: not overdone or soggy. I had to take some home because i couldn’t finish it. This location just opened last November, I think.
