Good donuts, although the size of them has gotten smaller. My daughter really likes the everything mini stuffed bagels. This time when we went, they were really low on doughnut options. We tried the avocado toast. We thought we’d get 2 pieces of toast like the picture showed and for the price, but we only got 1. It was good, but pricey in our opinion.

Love DD coffee but Owego and Endicott are ALWAYS understaffed so more often then not I have to wait 15min for a 4dollar coffee with a top that always leaks. Girls that work there are nice and always working hard, its subpar management that gets blame. If it wasn’t such a convenient location I would never go back

I love dunkin donuts but at the owego location more than once i asked for no cinnamon sugar on the signature caramel latte but they have repeatedly not left it off as requested. If im paying over $5 dollars for a drink they can at least do one thing i ask for

Since I figured that Dunkin would be very busy in the morning of Valentine’s Day, I downloaded the app, and ordered 2 dozen heart shaped Donuts that I needed for a school function at 5AM in the morning, with a PICK UP time of 8:15AM. Everything went through, and my card was charged. I get there right on time just to be told that there aren’t any Donuts left. That even though I did a scheduled pick up through the App at 5am, the store will not receive the order until right before the costumer picks it up. So I am being charged for an item that isn’t even available? And why have the scheduled pick up option, if I cant schedule it to make sure it’s still a available? How can a dunkin DONUTS run out of donuts at 8am in the morning on Valentines Day? In a town as small as Owego. ‍♀️ I called to complain, and speak to the owner, they refused to give me the number. Will never order tbere again!

Stopped in this morning and there was elderly gentleman near where you pick up your order. We overheard asking the girl in charge for help carrying out his drinks, since this man used a cane and ordered 2 coffees. He was told they were under staffed, which they weren’t, and if so, the girl in charge had time to go count tips. She was so rude to this man. My daughter helped him with his drinks. This Owego Dunkin has gone so down hill

This is the worst DD I have ever been to. 15 minutes for a coffee. The system doesn’t recognize their own coupons. On top of all this there was no manager on and nobody that had authorization to override the systems charge. I highly recommend staying away from this place. TERRIBLE!!!!
