Costumer service was horrible. I placed an online order today. When I got there it was half way ready. I received an email stated it was ready at 2:17. I arrived at 2:42. The young lady didn’t not greet me when I arrived. I proceed to tell her I had an online order under my name. She grabs the order and I notice my wings aren’t there. With her face turned up she tells the other employees that my wings are missing. Whom ever is preparing the food in the back looks at me and rolls her eyes and asked well what kind did you have. I tell her. I then notice I was missing the sauce for the crazy bread. Not only was I missing the sauce but I was also missing an order of crazy bread. So now yIm checking my online order and two pizzas are missing. I again tell the cashier. So now a young lady comes from the back with an attitude and states didn’t you just say you were missing wings. I replied I sure did. And I also said I’m missing the sauce for the crazy bread, an order of crazy bread and two pizzas. With attitude she asked, what’s the name on your order. I tell her and ask if she would like to see the order as I’m looking at it on my phone. I put the phone counter and she just stares at me for a good 3 minutes, never looks at the phone. Then asked can she see the receipt on the box. My reply sure, no problem. She looks, after 10 minutes returns with two pizzas. One is burnt. I order 4-3 meat trios, 4 extra pepperoni pizzas, ( only two had extra pepperoni), 1 veggie pizza, 5 crazy bread combos, and an order of wings. I only received 4 crazy bread sauces. If it had not been that I ordered for my staff, I would have asked for a refund. I will not be returning to this establishment.

First, I’m a huge fan of Little Ceasars’s Italian Crazy bread! From the crispyness of the crust to the high amount of cheese piled onto it, which is also topped with Italian seasoning & parm, has never let me down! Very inexpensive compared to others for the amount of bread sticks you get. I recommend getting the dipping sauce to go along with it, which is simply their marinara sauce.

It’s little ceasers really can’t F it up. Order online if you want anything other than a hot n ready after 8 pm as they stop making anything for walk ups. I was walking in to get my food and one of the numerous vagrants that sit in front asked me for some money when I told him I didn’t have any he told me to F off. That’s the atmosphere. Iv seen screaming matches and fights here. .kind of a really ghetto place but like I said it’s little ceasers

I have called to place an order and wait over an hour for someone to answer. One time particular, while waiting, I had enough time to shower, get dressed, and drive to the location (all while on hold mind you). Once inside, I heard the phone still ringing from MY CALL. They never answered the phone. When she went to take my order, I showed her my phone, like: so I’m the one calling and have been for over an HOUR. No exaggeration, this has happened on more than one occasion. It is the norm at this location to wait a minimum of 15 minutes to over an hour to simply place an order over the phone. That is one example of horrible customer service in my opinion. I can count on this location to NOT answer their phone more than they actually answer. Would NOT recommend

This place needs to be managed better and the owner needs to help this place. Two people are not enough people to effectively run this franchise in the area that it is in. Maybe they could do it, but they need proper training in customer service and professionalism. I’m not saying fire them, they just need better training. Close the store temporarily to satisfy a few customers at a time when you’re short staffed. Don’t tell customers that the pizza will be ready in a couple minutes and actually have them wait for an hour or longer. Please use this review for constructive criticism and act accordingly.

I don’t hate this place. It’s just that the employees arrived, but since there was no manager, they had to sit outside. So we hung out with them. My family took cap and gown pictures of our graduate under the tree at the end of the strip mall, watched the NASA video of the astronauts return to Earth while we talked between vehicles with the employees and let arriving customers know that the location was not open for business yet. They played a little music. We watched the little kids play while we waited. It was fun.
