I stopped here because my girlfriend was having cataract eye surgery nearby. Great place to wait as well as enjoy some excellent coffee and muffin. People very nice and I sat at a table with an electrical outlet and 2 USB jack’s. All very convenient. I didn’t feel bad occupying a table as it was never full. Otherwise I would have vacated my table.

Everytime I go to this Dunkin they are unorganized. The manager is constantly reprimanding the employees in front of customers. The employees move at a “sloths” pace with no sense of urgency. They process orders with not organization or order. The atmosphere is unpleasant. And forget about getting a donut after say 11am. I guess when they dropped the name ‘donuts’ from their name they meant it.

I’ve come to this location before only as a walk in customer. Today however was freezing so I decided to use the drive thru. Boy do I regret it. I was the fool that waited in the drive thru line for more than 30 minutes only to be disappointed by both the food and the customer service. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant–the cheese wasn’t melted, the sandwich was haphazardly thrown together, and the croissant looked old and did not taste fresh. The employees seemed mad. Crazy how they seemed to rush my food but yet took more than a half hour to get through like 7 cars ahead of me.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. Inside was disgusting with trash not taken out, after waiting 10 mins employees incorrectly made the food, and the employee preparing the beverages lacked hygiene standards as she continuously pull down her mask to wipe with her bare hands snort from her nose!Same employee who wiped her nose didn’t attempt to wash her hands but it was successful on being on her phone while customers were waiting. Never again.

THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS A PUBLIC HEALTH HAZARD. No entry way rug. No wet floor sign. Floor is covered in water from rain footsteps. All trash bins overflowing. All it takes is one person to slip and fall to lose your license. The men’s bathroom is not properly lit. The faucet is covered with corrosion and soap. The chrome finish is PEELING OFF, right in front of where you wash your hands. You could seriously cut yourself quickly and not realize it on the razor sharp metal sticking out of this Public sink.

Donut had NOT 1 but 2 hairs on it. Called and let manager know – she said I could come in for replacement but advised I don’t want anything g else ever from the location but to be aware of her employees shedding hair
