Ordered a sub and a couple slices for takeout. Sub bread seemed as if it was from the day before, not fresh. Slices were terrible as the crust was hard as a rock and you could snap it in half. That is how hard the crust was. Lesson learned. Never again at that place as it went downhill. Best around is Frank’s pizza as you will not get ripped off there.

ordered through slice, the app stated ready for pick up in 15mins. Drive up to the place, the guy at the counter says 30-40 minutes, i can’t cancel my order so have to wait for food to be ready (mind you the restarant has a broken AC so its 90degrees in there). Start munching on my chips that I bought at Moe’s across the street, while waiting for my food that was already supposed to be ready AND THE GUY KICKS ME OUT OF HIS RESTAURANT STATING I CANNOT EAT OUTSIDE FOOD AT HIS PLACE. WHILE I WAIT FOR THE FOOD THAT SHOULD ALREADY BE PREPARED AND READY TO BE PICKED UP. Great customer service. Enjoy my $35 buddy, hopefully you can afford to fix the AC now

Who in their right mind thinks it’s ok to charge these prices. $26.50 for a one topping pizza? $10 for 6 mozzarella sticks? $10 for an order of fries? This place deserves to go out of business.

I would leave a no star review for this place if I could the customer service of the cashier was absolutely terrible. He very sternly told my 3 year old daughter to stop touching hair bows that they had on the counter for sale… which my mother was going to buy 2 of them for her so she was trying to pick one out that she wanted. My complaint is it shouldn’t be ok for him to talk to other peoples kids like this… my daughter did nothing wrong to hurt the bows she was looking at them so we could buy her one. We decided against giving them our business and walked out of this establishment. WE WILL NEVER RETURN! They really need to train their employees on what it is to show a little compassion and hire people with better customer service skills.

I’ve been here before and had pizza or hoagies and loved it. Today I got lasagna to go. When I got home and opened the container I was shocked to see a container filled with sauce and about 2 lbs of melted mozzarella cheese surrounding a piece of lasagna in the middle of it all that I couldn’t eat. The pasta noodles were hard and a section of it was so hard I couldn’t eat it. The filling between the noodles was gross and I found hamburger underneath it all. I tried some of it and threw most of it away. The bread I got was good so I ate that.

Had a terrible experience today. I was extremely uncomfortable and left. All the complaints about the guy behind the counter for years yet they still have him working. There’s better pizza around here, not worth it.
