We came the day after they opened and they were busy! Loved the service we got. Our waiter, Jason I believe, was so helpful, kind and courteous.

THE BEST hotpot restaurant in Charlotte, and probably in the whole southeast region as well! Just had a group event in one of their private rooms Saturday night. The food was exceptional with a large variety to choose from and everything was super fresh and tasty. The private room is equipped with a top quality karaoke/sound system and is decorated very tastefully with great ambient light which sets just the right mood for a fun and cozy gathering! Our server was attentive. I love their drink menu too which has some very traditional Chinese drinks that I grew up drinking. I cannot believe there is a highend hotpot place I can go to in Charlotte that is so authentic and is centrally located. Everything was top notch! Thanks for making our event so special! I will definitely be a regular there! Will have another group gathering there again in two days!

Loved it! Customer service was excellent. The food portions were great. Plenty of parking. I ordered classic mala and house bone broths, it was good!!!! You can create your own dipping sauce. We will definitely be back again. So happy another hot pot place opened in Charlotte.

According to Asian standard, this restaurant is not good. The soup has no taste. I had to add a lot of additional different kind of sauces in order to taste the soup. It took forever to get food brought out by a robot machine. And they limited to two hours sitting. The slicing beef they brought had so much of fat. At the end, they wanted to charge us extra for couple pieces of fat I peeled out and left on the plate. I will never ever come back to this

Read about the news and announcements for this place before going there with a group of friends, and felt disappointed after the meal.

I wanted this place to be so so good, but th3 broth is so bland. I got the bone broth, and I wish they had fish sauce to add flavor to it, but I didn’t see it. I added other sauces to hive it some sort of flavor. I like that you get to choose your meat, veggies, and side items from the QR code. This keeps people from breathing all over it like other places. The side bars was not bad, had pre-made meat items, rice, shrimp, etc. Overall, it wasn’t bad, the broth would’ve made it so much better. Maybe next time, I’ll try a different broth to see if it’s better.

If you’re looking for a cozy and inviting spot for a delicious hot pot meal, then this new Asian restaurant in Pineville, North Carolina is definitely worth checking out. The restaurant’s interior is casually chic, with a friendly and attentive staff that greets you upon arrival.

Disappointing from start to finish. Hot pot is all about the broth and this is the first hotpot experience where I didn’t enjoy the soup — none of them, we tried three (two weren’t available). Note that there’s a no split pots, just individual servings unless you take a VIP room. Meat quality was decent, fish balls and pork dumplings okay. Veggies standard. Two ordered items never made it to our table and the sauce station is very basic. Garlic’s not fresh, but in oil. If you question my admittedly high standards, look up my other hotpot reviews, mainly in NYC and greater LA. We were beyond excited and couldn’t wait for this restaurant to open, but in the future rather grab a Haidilao or Little Sheep broth pack at the SuperG next door (along with the trimmings) and make our own at home. Servers don’t get the product they are selling and the owners were MIA. Yes, the have the robot bringing your dishes, but that was the only highlight. Giving it two star because it is a new business, but see no (tasty) reason to return.
