Had the pleasure of having Cass take my order. BEST service I’ve ever had at ANY location and DEFINITELY better than all the Dallas locations out together. Reginal manager should take note of Cass’ customer service: friendly, fast and LISTENS! I’ll definitely be back.

used to come to this location a lot but will no longer be eating here. they constantly mess up orders and when you call and try to contact the store, it goes straight to voicemail. I had a pickup order and multiple ingredients were missing. nobody answered the phone so i hade to get in touch with corporate and i still didn’t get my money back. too expensive to not get what i paid for. staff is also rude and dismissive.

Placed an online order for a burrito to be ready for 7:20pm. I did not receive my food until 8:10pm. When I received my order I got a bowl. I returned to ask for my proper order. They took my bowl and dumped it into a tortilla. The whole time the staff was extremely rude and some where even standing around and not doing anything while a few are working. I was not the only one. There was about 10-15 people in the store waiting for order for over an hour.
