Ordinarily, one of the better McDonald’s. But…. I ordered 3 frozen Cokes through the app, using the 20% off deal, & when I got there, was told they were out. Was told I could get either trade for frozen blue raspberry, milkshakes, or regular large drinks. I took the regular large Cokes (one was low by about 2 inches from the top and I had to wait for those.) I was never offered the difference in price back, and the cup holder literally fell apart before I got home (just a few miles.)

I am tired of coming to this McDonald’s. Today I had no one in line behind me. I ordered a few McChickens and Sweet Tea. Once I payed and got my drink, the lady asked me to pull over to the Mobile order parking spots. After waiting 5 minutes for them to bring me my food. I thought I would tell the employee that having us park in a spot to receive our food makes no sense when there is no one in line. She replied, “we are on a timer.“

Using the app to get discounts. I already had my code up and was told to refresh my screen to get another code. I asked for a manager instead of the manager helping and realizing I was having trouble she kept using the old code ..so I couldn’t use my discount and left. Although I could afford to pay full price why would I if there’s an app with discounts!?

Too long of a wait in the drive through. No one in front of me, and I waited about 5 minutes at the ordering area but didn’t even receive a response from the cashier. People ordered on the other checkout, however. Embarrassing.. I ended up driving off and taking my business to Bojangles, where despite being shorthanded that morning, was able to receive quick customer service.

This is literally the best McDonald’s I have ever been to. I could my children here on our road trip and it was so nice. Clean and some of the friendliest employees ever. My son wanted a breakfast sandwich and we were two minutes late (11:02) and they were so kind and make my son’s day. All the other food was perfect and frappes were incredible. I wish I lived closer to this location!!!

Opened just 3 weeks ago. I live right next to it and decided to come for breakfast dine in. Parking is horrible as you have to walk around the drive through. Not safe. Got inside and went to order. Was told that computers dont work and i have to place order at the kiosk. OK. Did that. Went to pick up stop and herd two employees talking to each other how they hate their managers. Then they asked me if i needed help. I told them i am waiting for my order they told me to move over farther to pick up spot. That was like 5 feet farther. I guess they didn’t want me to hear them. Got my order as to go but i specifically selected for here. No catchup given and had to ask them. There is no catchup stend, so nothing available you have to ask for everything. Food was good but service horrible. The only smile i got was from custodian who was trying to open the door with a fork as someone forgot to instal the handle on the closet door. Will come back probably. Next year. I will stick to other food places. Managers need to manage this place better, you have a brand new start. If you start horrible, you will never fix it later.
