This location put jalapeño peppers on the Italian sandwich rather then banana peppers as described in the menu and online. I called to complain and was hung up on. I called back and was offered a discount on a FUTURE order. This difference in pepper could kill someone who is allergic. They are risking people with allergies lives by not providing what is described on products being ordered. BANANA PEPPERS ARE NOT THIS COLOR GREEN!! EVER!

I ordered a steak sandwich and an order of garlic twists. Why did they charge me for cheesy bread and then send melted cheese in a pan ? Absolutely no breading on it. Not to mention I never told them I wanted that to begin with. All in all, don’t waste your time or money here. They’re all idiots who shouldn’t be working a lemonade stand let alone cooking food.

Told me coupons were not available over the phone. I stated that I have tried multiple times to order online and it will not let me. Denied my phone order and told me to call a manager on another day. I called Cheswick location they took my order in less than 5 minutes they will get a 5star review. This location should be returned to dominos and opened when someone responsible is running this establishment.

We ordered delivery and the driver called me from two houses down and made me walk to him to get my food. The pizza we ordered was not the pizza we got, plus it was so undercooked that the dough was still white and mushy. We also ordered wings which came completely undercooked, so much so they were also white everything was completely unedible and went straight into trash.

For some reason, since we are super close to the store, they want to deliver ours last. The ETA goes from 1 minute to 30 because they completely skip our house and drive far out to someone else and we always get ours last. I’m assuming it’s just laziness and they want to get everyone in one go and swing back to our house on the way back. It’s been an issue multiple times now and we are not planning on ordering from here again.

Hours are good. Prices are good. Food is ok but I live 5 minutes from shop and food always arrives cold. If it wasn’t for them being the only place that delivers late to our home, I would never order there again.
