Ordered from this location once with no issues. Second time ordering from this location I was very disappointed. My expectations for boneless wings from a pizza place are not very high but what I got served was pathetic. It looked like they were heated up on a dirty surface so there was weird burnt pieces stuck on every piece. And whoever prepared them was too lazy to properly toss them in sauce. Instead they put them in the container and squirted some sauce on top. Overall my pizza was ok but had a crispy burnt edge around almost the whole thing. My husband’s pizza looked ok. Seems to be very hit or miss depending on when you order.

lol donatos has always been my favorite za establishment. I tried to order online, they wouldn’t accept it. Sure, it happens, so I call the closest location. I got bounced between 2 locations repeatedly (on hold 4 separate times). I’ve never been so let down – it’s always been my fave. Won’t be back for a long time. Boooooooo

Don’t usually do reviews on food places but we will never never ever order from this place again. After 2 hours we got our pizza which was colder than a north Minnesota winter. Called and found out that you shouldn’t call in for your pizza? You should use the app because corporate made that decision to source out calls to somewhere else other than the store. Go somewhere else like Saxtons or Flyers in Hilliard

We enjoyed the pizza and hot wings. We were happy with the thin crust. There was plenty of toppings. Very good taste. We were told 15-20 minutes and the pizza was ready when we picked it up. We will order from there again.

I’ve always enjoyed Donatos pizza but this one was a total failure !!! how is it that you can deliver someone’s food and completely forget an item which was ordered and paid for and do not mention anything about it when you deliver the food… on top of the cheese bread being burnt completely When it was taken out of the oven I’m sure that it was noticed yet but you sent it out anyways??? smh this speaks volumes about your customer service and that you dont care about the quality of your food.The pizza did not have the taste of a regular Donatoes works either. I will never order from This Donatos again. Wish i had of waited before leaving a tip because you definitely wouldnt of gotten one!!

Unfortunately after we both got food poisoning after eating the food. This place has gone downhill so fast- I have ordered from them in the past 3 years and they have just gotten progressively worse. I used to be a regular customer but trust me I will NEVER order from this place again.

Website was not working properly to order online. Called the local number for the store. Apparently that number went to a call center out of the country for Donatos. 20 minutes later I completed my order. India call center took my order… terribly. Could not speak English worth a darn. Ha Then sent me back to Mill Run store to complete the order. Amazing… just let me call the store directly in the first place. Donatos can’t even take their orders. Guess I will not do that again.

Stopped by on our way to Sandusky from VA to get our favorite pizza at 8pm and the cashier told us the dining room was closed and we couldn’t eat in the dining area yet the restaurant is open til midnight. Very disappointing will not go back to this location when we are in town.
