This is best Runza I’ve been to in my 20 some years of living in Nebraska. Fast service even when they’re busy, customer service has always been fantastic, and they will give a pup cup of vanilla ice cream to my dog when we come through the drive thru. We come at least once a week to eat our pup cup and cheese runza together. Thank you for helping provide a special memory for me and him.

We placed a mobile order, and it was ready right in time when we arrived. The food was hot and fresh, and while they forgot to put in a French onion dip, they made it right as soon as I asked. The tables were spotless and everything was clean and new-looking. The USB charger outlets at each table are a great idea, too!

Love the attention to detail. Got lunch and ordered a plain cheeseburger for my wife, no veggies or anything. They gave me exactly what I ordered. A plain cheeseburger. It made me laugh out loud. I should have asked for a bun but that was my miscommunication. I appreciate the attention to detail. As always, the food is great!

Went thru the drive thru after a ball game for a quick dinner. Didn’t get the sauce i paid for, didn’t get the frings, and didn’t get the no ice in the one drink. I called and the kid said he’d get a coupon out asap for a free meal. That was June 26. It is July 12. Never received coupon. To make things worse, we have gone their since then and order was messed up again. Very frustrating!

Online website says closes at 9:30. Storefront neon sign says “open”. Drive through kid says over the speaker, “Um actually we are closed”. It was 9:08. Didn’t help that he looked at us laughing as we continued through drove through.

Food is good & fresh. Now that our kids are older (youngest is 6), the kids meals just don’t fill them up anymore. The kids cheeseburgers are only about 3-4 bites.

I only ate the double cheeseburger without the bun. It was excellent. Wife got a single cheeseburger with a side salad. Little disappointed in salad. Just lettuce and a little amount of tomato’s. The cheeseburger s tasted great. Clean place and they were fast.
