I don’t usually come here, but when I do, it’s in the mornings through their drive thru. The service is really nice, there’s no rush and they’re really quick with getting orders ready, the line at the drive-thru might seem long sometimes but it shortens quickly. I can’t speak a lot about their drinks or foods since I only order donuts, but they’re tasty.

Poor management on Saturdays, the wait was over 10 minutes for service and only one person ahead in line. The front end team never made an effort to help the cashier with a long order or to help other waiting customers this minimizing wait time for all. They were only focused on drive thru and then had to wait for their team to fill my inside order. Very disappointed.

This was the first time I’ve been to this location. I’m glad I went here because I’ve had some annoying experiences at the other locations (especially the one in Glendale Heights). The inside of this location was nice and clean. The ladies were polite and made delicious drinks. The frozen chocolate I had was more flavorful than the others I’ve had! I’ll be returning here soon!

Stopped in this morning like I do six times a week to get my regular extra large 3 sugar and 8 cream 2 donuts and two chocolate milk. No chocolate milk today ( no big deal) I got to work and discovered my coffee was 1 Carmel swirl and 2 sugar. I went back this afternoon ( I really need my Dunkin). I let my clerk know about the mistake and was told that will be $6.42. Again got back to work to discover that there was barely any cream at all. I am not sure how many Dunkin I pass each morning between villa park and Carol stream but I sure will find another.
