The eating area is freezing cold, a lot of people like it that way. The fried Chicken pieces on my Cobb salad was very good as was the vinegrette dressing. Some of the lettuce was kinda brown but picked it out. Everything else was very good.

The Blu Zalad is so delicious! The chicken is buffalo.I get mine with blue cheese or ranch dressing. It is a big plate full of food and actually has a good amount of the chicken. It isn’t hot at least in my opinion. It also comes with delicious toast but I am not eating bread so I had to give it to my son. He said it was delicious. Service was good and nit a long wait time for our food. I would recommend Zaxbys to anyone who likes different flavor options for chicken or would just like a good salad.

Be sure and check your order for consistency. The last 2 visits, items have been missing off our salad. This was also the case today. We were saddened that they took off the black-and-blue salad as well as the Buffalo chicken salad.

Today was not a good experience. We got our bag my sandwich meal was layed in a plastic bag not folded and outside of sandwich bag had Dressing all over it.. fries was cold.. My daughter had a salad and they didn’t put her Ranch in the bag. After arriving home she had to leave to buy dressing to eat her salad. Last month we didn’t get to enjoy our zax on our way home we was in a accident and it total our car.
