Do not come here. It has been a few years since I visited this location because of multiple previous service failures. I decided to give it another try. Tried to call the store to see if they are open and available for inside pickup if I order through the app. Nobody answered. Drove there and asked at the window if I could order through the app and I think she indicated I could. Drove back to the front, tried to order and it said the store is not accepting online orders. Went back to the window and placed the order. The crazy bread could have been confused for croutons, probably were made sometime in the morning (it was ~8:30 at night). The pizza was OK but somewhat undercooked. The crazy sauce was good. Overall I don’t feel that corporate much less the franchise owner cares at all about this store because customers still visit it. The person who took the order was nice, order was accurate, and it did come out pretty fast. No reason to for them to waste money on a phone because they don’t answer it and never did in the past. You can’t go inside to pickup and can’t order on the app even though the phone prompts you to MULTIPLE times. Its sad because Little Caesar’s used to be really good and this store could possibly be really good at some point in the future but the only way to fix it is to hit the owners bottom line by not visiting this location and hope a new franchisee takes over who actually cares about providing a great product.

Cheating employees out of hours and cooking the books. Personally witnessed the hours shaving. Someone did it remotely. Then the chaos in the environment. Fair warning before you go. This place you may wanna steer clear, but if you do go. Do not go without some form of defense. Its a shame that the upper management wont do anything. I do not suggest working for ampler at any rate or capacity. I lasted about 3 months then it was either leave peacefully or get stuck in a self defense situation.

Terrible. Did an online order, went at the correct time. Had to wait in drive through 30 minutes. The doors were locked, there were 6 employess that we saw mostly standing around. The front car had placed an order and waited in line until cooked, instead of driving around and parking. The employee guy would let some in to get food but not others. Food was a mess,

Went there Friday and ordered 3 extra most bestest pe and they gave me regular, then I get home and see that it was all undercooked, basically dough with melted cheese and pepperoni.. I had to throw them away! So disappointing cause they are usually good with service and quality at this location. Money in the trash!

They suck. Ordered pizzas for my classroom party. Went to pick them up and their employees meet me in the drive through and told me to go to Pizza Hut that they were not open. When my order was set for 10:30 it was after that. Ride customer service. So frustrating.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. We drove to LC, only to be told for the 2nd or 3rd time that they “can’t” make the deep dish that day. They also claimed that crazy bread has been discontinued, which I’m not seeing any evidence of online. Then we took our pizzas home, and we got this…. What the heck.

We ordered 4 pizzas through the drive through. They were a mess of sloppy crust, half topped, half runny cheese, missing pepperonis and half cut. A total disgusting mess of pizza that shows that this pizza joint doesn’t care. Disappointing to spend so much money on this.
