Slinging wood fired fare since 1998, Brixx serves gourmet pizzas and wings, fresh salads, sandwiches and pastas; accompanied by a full bar with 24 craft drafts, 14 wines by the glass and custom cocktails. Our traditional and whole wheat dough, hummus, fresh mozzarella, wood-roasted chicken, salad dressings and more are scratchmade in-house.

This is a good place to hangout, it has good outdoor seating. We had to wait for 30 mins to get a table on Friday evening. We started with Garlic bread sticks which were pretty ordinary and barely had any garlic flavor to it. We also ordered Pizza (Rustica) which was very good and the wings which were little salty than we would like. The food was served quick and everything was fairly priced. Its a pretty decent place to hangout in Birkdale village area.

My very 1st brick-oven pizza experience and it was absolutely amazing!! Brixx has got to be the best pizza I’ve ever tasted…not even kidding. I got the 4×4 and it was loaded with savory meats, melty cheese, and just the right crisp to the crust. Their selection of craft beers was legit too. My wife got a Mojito and said it was fantastic as well.

We forgot to take photos of our pizzas when they arrived. It was a very busy time (Saturday at 2 pm), so it took a little while for our food to arrive. This Brixx location has a nice outdoor dining area, but the inside feels very small and cramped. We ordered Spinach Artichoke Dip and a Cesar salad split to begin with. We ordered drinks at the bar before we got our table, so that was separate from the total bill. We had two teenagers, and three adults. We each ordered a pizza except one Thai Chicken Salad (with added shrimp), two IPA beers, one Mic Ultra, a tea, and two sodas. The total with tip was just about $122. I liked everything I had…I would have given a higher score if the interior of the restaurant was nicer. It felt really tiny and cramped.

I brought my family here the other night for dinner for the first time and wasn’t really sure what to expect. It took a while for our server to greet us, and we were starting to think it was a bad idea trying out a new place, but it turned out to be a great experience. The manager, Alicia, was incredible. We were upset at first by how long it took for someone to come get our order but she really smoothed that out quick by simply explaning to us how we had just missed a large party and the entire place was just coming back together from that. Alicia really made us feel like vip’s for the night by making sure we were getting good service throughout the evening and having fun. We will definitely be back!

The pizza was great! The chicken was ok. Our waitress was so awesome! She definitely the reason why it earned the fourth star. The atmosphere was energetic. I would definitely go back to eat here.

While a friend and I did not order food, there are bar specials each night and $4 craft flights was what drew us today. Not busy in late the afternoon. Located in Birkdale, it can be a bit of a hassle to get to due to construction around the area, however, a nice parking deck behind the restaurant was convenient.
