This location is very hit or miss. Wife had a bad experience today when they didn’t even bother slicing the pizza before it left the store. Quality and dependability is going down. We had it delivered to our pool but forced us to run home to grab a cutter to eat our pizza.

I get it. They are understaffed. But, twice now, we have ordered delivery and 1.5 hours later – still no pizza. But, then they won’t even answer the phone. You just get a very friendly recorded message promising that your pizza will arrive in 30 minutes. Every time you call. “30 minutes”. It never changes. Well, we are having cereal for dinner.

Please read carefully… this location is the worst in the area please be advice… this people use the screen tontake thenorders and then without washing hands the will make your pizza, I found a hair in mynpizza because also the touch their head and face without washing or sanitized their hands.

I’ve order here plenty of times at first it was great, service has gone down hill. I have two free pizzas as I have been told are on file because the kept messing up my order. But they won’t allow you to use it, put you on hold for over a half an hour as well as giving you an attitude. At this point I have been on the phone with this location for over an hour

I ordered 2 large pizzas for pick up, i got to the store in like 15 minutes, took them 45 minutes to get my order and it was made wrong. The customer service was very rude. I have never seen someone like this guy. Finally i asked for a refund. Another 10 minutes to do refund. Don’t even go to this store.
