Good chicken and some things are reasonably priced while others are crazy high. The wait in the drive thru line was way too long, and the side items weren’t enough to satiate a toddler… but the chicken was good and the staff was friendly…

Spent 15 minutes at the drive thru for us to go to the window to even place our order because they never said anything to us when we got to the window the lady had an attitude with us when I told her we had waited 15 minutes for someone to even take our order and when I asked her if we could place it at the window she well I guess so because I got no other choice and rolled her eyes at us this Popeyes needs better employees and management. Will be calling corporate because this is not the first time this has happened to us at this Popeyes.

Not to happy for my first experience here. sat in the drive thru for over 20mins so I decided to park and go in and order. Stood in line I was the 2nd person in line and again I waited 20mins. Went to order and they didn’t have half the food that was on the menu. The employees (6) weren’t very welcoming or energetic or talkative and were taking their sweet slow moving sloth time on bagging orders. After they took my order I then waited another 22 mins for my order, during me waiting and them making placing items in a bag they asked what did I have again 4 times, as I replied with the same order they took. While waiting I seen a employee yell from behind the counter at some kids (between ages 5-8) which was her kids jumping on tables and stacking chairs to sit down. Not the best experience for a first time goer. Doubt I’ll be back

This is the absolute worst fast food restaurant in Alabama. I’ve been sitting in line for about an hour after I already paid for my sandwich and 3 piece tenders. Then the people behind me actually got their order before me! Seriously. I wouldn’t even give them one star. They didn’t bother to explain to anyone what was talking so long. At least 20 cars were being turned away and they had the lobby closed.

I’ve been twice and they got the order wrong each time. Also employee at the window was not friendly at all. This business is not going to last as long as your employees don’t take pride in what they are doing. They all need customer service training.

Service is absolutely horrible. Waited in drive-thru for 30 minutes got the wrong order. I went back through drive-thru since their lobby was not open and sat at the speaker this time for 15 minutes waiting for them to take my order. I finally just drove off because no one was answering the speaker.
