This is my second time getting takeout from this small Mexican restaurant specializing in seafood. We love their grilled fish and shrimp tacos. Their tostadas come with freshly prepared fish and shrimp ceviche that’s not too spicy. The grilled fish fillet was fresh but a little under seasoned. The fish and chips were tasty and crispy.

Very easy to overlook since it’s on the second floor in a small shopping Center. Overall very decent prices and food was okay. I hadn’t tried the majara fish in a very long time and saw that they had it available but honestly just a lack of flavor and didn’t seem fresh. Others had good things to say about the food so might have been the dish I picked. It was just one person working the kitchen and server so I’m sure the owner is under a large workload but still manage to get food out quickly. I’ll come back and try something else on the menu.

We got various tacos — barbacoa, carnitas, grilled fish, and al pastor. My top favorite was carnitas, and it was the BEST carnitas I’ve ever had…!! It’s super melt-in-you-mouth tender and the balance between meat and fat was just perfect! It’a my new favorite for carnitas tacos!
